Fast delivery i was very happy about that , opened the box everything look fine until install bolts for the toilet i had to change and install longer bolts and the back of the toilet was half way painted , im sorry i thought i was paying for the enitirty of the toilet to be black . Not good

The unit has been installed approximately 6 months and works perfectly. The two level discharge is great. The price was one of the lowest available. This is the second one of these we have purchased. The other is over a year old and it's performance was a big factor in purchasing the second one.

Just got it, easy to install and don't need any extra parts. Color shouldn't be a excuse to have it more expensive .works great

Bought two. None of them flush (both 4.1/6.0) enough water. I need to flush 2 to 3 times, even a piece of toilet paper does not go away. And this massive toilet gets quickly dirty. This has a bigger tank but holds only water 45% of capacity. See the photo. I've seen similar tanks in other brands that reserve water 85% and they clear everything in just one flush leaving no dirt. I lost money for this useless toilet and installation. And it's a hassle to reinstall or repair.

This was easy to install and the dual flush is handy.

I got two of these toilets as I needed to replace the two in my condo and I decided to go with black. So the first time I went to pick them up from the closest Home Depot, one of them was shattered and had to be returned and replaced but the other one was fully in tact so it was installed.. flushes great and does everything it needs to do but when my other one was reordered it was shipped from a different location. When I get the other one home, finally, it came with a different wax ring and 78 percent of the time it won't flush everything completely down, even holding the button in. The one downstairs works fine and came with the right stuff but the one upstairs struggles to suck everything down leaving toilet paper floating around in the toilet.

A few weeks ago, I needed to replace my original 1-piece toilet, as it had developed a hair-line crack in the holding tank which was slowly leaking tank-water onto the floor. I am currently in a financial constraint so I could not afford another 1-piece toilet. While searching for a suitable replacement, the Glacier Bay High Efficiency toilet at Home Depot caught my attention. I liked the elongated style and the dual flush feature, not to mention the attractive price. The package was configured for easy installation, and, after grouting it in, it looked great. Then I discovered the best feature of all. The flush valve was 3 inches in diameter, as opposed to all toilets with which I was familiar having 2-inch valves. I am impressed with the force of the flushed water used to complete the flush sequence, while using less water than before.

Black is beautiful and this is no different.

This is definitely a luxury item. I bought the same toilet in white. I paid $130 more for the black one. Like other customers stated, they include the cheapest toilet seat possible! I have had no problems with either of the toilets that I purchased.

Great product, it was easy to install and works great.

The hold down bolts look like brass but are steel, hence when i cut them to length with a zip cut saw there were sparks, sparks that etched the porcelain, wasn't expecting that one. Next up the seat is not flat, its concave? is that supposed to have a purpose other than being uncomfortable? I'm gonna have to replace the seat, other than that its good.

Bought this a few weeks ago. Really like the look and efficiency. Going to buy another one for our other bathroom.

the toilet is easy to assemble after you put the instruction down [very little information/directions to follow] the dual flush buttons are plastic and are very cheap looking. the price is very good

It is a nice heavy unit. It came in the four major pieces, base, tank, lid and seat. The assembly was straight forward. Don't skip the step about adjusting the length of the push rods, ours came a little long and caused the toilet to continue to run, our fault. The only other issue was securing the tank to the base. It uses the standard foam sealing ring that has the shape of the nut molded into it and the instructions say to pull it down until the tank is sitting solid on the base but not to over tighten the wingnuts. Pulling them down as tight as I was comfortable with, the tank still rocked. I loosened them back up and added a little shim between the raised lip on the base and the bottom of the tank and re-tightened and then it sat solid. Maybe I was just a little gun-shy about over-tightening as the first toilet we received was broken in the box right where the tank meets the base. Replacement was done quickly and professionally...

I purchased this toilet to replace the toilet in our master bathroom that was leaking. The flush power is excellent compared to the old toilet. It is also quiet and good looking. The installation was easy and the height its perfect. Overall, my husband and I really like this new toilet.

This is the first comfort height, dual flush toilet that I've owned and I like it. The unit is solid, straight forward and the value is there. On the downside the 1.6 gpf volume is barely sufficient for solids. 1.8 might be better. The washers used at the floor mounting are plastic and not sufficient to allow the toilet to be firmly bound to the floor. I improvised with additional metal. Unfortunately the washer provided also acts as the bind mechanism for the decorative cap. That scheme needs to be rethought. The tank is attached to the base with two bolts. This scheme allows the tank to move more than it seems that it should. The toilet that it replaced used three and there was no back and forth motion at all.

The toilet was easy to install. The two flush feature is a really nice addition; especially for the overall look. Both flush options perform well.

Had to replace our old toilet because the top of the tank was busted. I was not looking forward to buying a biscuit colored toilet because I knew they were going to be twice as much as a regular white one, but I had to get it to match the tub. Found this great deal on the Glacier high-efficiency and it is perfect.

This was easy to purchase online and even easier to install. It took less than 30 minutes to put in place have ready to use. As promised, everything needed was included in the box. It has been installed for a week and is working perfectly, not to mention it looks fantastic.

Well, this Chinese made potty works just fine. I like the dual flush feature. 1.2 gal or 1.6 gal. Normally, I would buy American, but this color was "Biscuit", and in stock. My sister has the same potty, works fine.

I ordered the black Glacier Bay Dual-Flush toilet at half the price of any other black toilets I could find. I also bought a duplicate white one. I was able to install both of them in one afternoon (and evening) with minimal help ( my husband helped lift and cart off old one-piece ones). All parts needed were included and the instructions were easy to follow. I had to deal with a broken water line that wouldn't turn on or off. I went to Home Depot and had the problem solved with a very knowledgeable "APRON". I then encountered a broken cast iron flange, checked out you-tube solutions and went back to Home Depot again, where another very nice "APRON" helped me, again. Home Depot rocks for 70+ "handiwomen"! Although it takes a bit getting used to the flush sounding like it didn't "take", and it being a bit louder than the older model, I love these toilets!

This was the cheapest bone/beige colored toilet I could find at 109.99. Average install, great stylish design. It is alittle tall, but nothing I would complain about.

I had purchased a Kohler biscuit colored high efficiency flush, but then saw this toilet on line for less than half the price, with excellent reviews. I returned the Kohler and purchased this toilet on-line. It was delivered to my local store in less than a week. The base of the toilet installed easily according to instructions on the box, and I used the wax ring with black plastic extender, which was included in the box with the toilet. The tank attached easily. I like the light flush option which can be used often, with the vigorous flush option used for more hefty waste removal. These options allow for conservation of water. It has a narrow profile, and looks modern without being trendy.

I replaced 2 30 over thirty year old toilets with the main objective to use less water, and to improve the effectiveness of the toilet flushing. We are very happy with the purchase thus far. The toilets flush perfectly every time and we haven't had to double flush, not even once. The first time I flushed the toilet I was amazed how quickly it flushed and how little water it used to do it. We are very happy with the upgrade and would highly recommend The installation was straight forward I did have a problem with the installation, but it was my old toilet ring was rusted away. I had to run to Home Depot and pick up a new ring that attached to the floor. I also purchased a neoprene seal as well I really like the ring it makes it easy to install and I could move the toilet around to get it placed exactly where I wanted it. The wax rings require you to be very careful setting the toilet. Move it around to much and it just may leak and cause problems down the road. To sum it up, we are very satisfied with the purchase, the installation and the functionality of the toilets
