I’ve ordered this 3 times now. It is a beautiful sink, if you can get a good one. The first one had a hairline crack going down the inside of the bowl. The second one was in good condition, but had glaze drips on the front that protruded about 1/8” and were very noticeable for an apron front. The third one has now come as pictured. Supports on the bottom are clearly broken. And it shipped out like this! There are no pieces or dust in the box to indicate that it broke during shipment or delivery.

Took the old SS sink out, made a few alterations to the sink cabinet front, notched the newly epoxy countertop, and installed the new Glacier Bay sink. We love it… Kio

Came broken. Unable to use. Had to return.

I ordered a sink and it arrived cracked. I ordered another one and it arrived cracked. I ordered ANOTHER one and that one also came cracked! There is no fragile sticker on the box, and there is hardly any padding in the box to keep this from braking. Looks like a forklift went right through the box. This was the only sink that had my right dimensions otherwise I would’ve stopped ordering. Still haven’t received one I can use. It has put my kitchen remodel on hold for two weeks.

This sink doesn’t stain nor scratches like other ones. Its just beautiful nice and white. I have had it for almost 6 months already. Still looks the same as the first day

We decided to do a much needed kitchen upgrade with new sink, backsplash, and painting the cabinets. We did A lot of research on the sink and after reading reviews of over 20 sinks we decided on this one and we couldn’t be happier. We hired a crew to build the support frame in the cabinet for it and install it. They did a fantastic job. We have had this sink for a month now and we absolutely Love it!! It is huge, solid, beautiful, and easy to clean. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Just installed the 33 inch sink yesterday. Needed a second person to help me set the sink. I’m in great shape and was impossible to install alone. You will hurt yourself installing. Haven’t had it long term to see how it marks up but the sink itself I’m pleased with. Any DIY make sure you have plenty of strong framing to support the sink underneath.

This product is amazing. It installed the week I got it. It looks amazing and is beautiful in our kitchen. Such a wonderful wonderful product. I added butcher block countertops to the kitchen. With them, you really need to have an overmount sink as otherwise the wood will get wet and we all know what wood does when it gets wet! So the sink I needed to add needed to be installed over - not under. Overmount Farmhouse Sinks are difficult to find. But I found this one at Home Depot and now it is in my kitchen!! This one is beautiful and I am so happy with it. Thank you.

This Sink was easy to install. It is very very beautiful sink. I would recommend this product to friends and family. We didn’t want an under mount sink. We plan on changing the counter top. I highly recommend this this product. The sink arrived well packaged and not damaged. Shipping was within a three day window. The sink is glossy and smooth. There is nothing to dislike about this sink. The has been installed now for two months. This sink is above my expectation.

I love this sink. easy installation. good price. however, only installed for 2 weeks and metal grate is already starting to rust.

This sink is beautiful. I love the way it looks and how it fits perfectly in our kitchen. It’s very heavy and sturdy, but after just 4 months of being installed, I noticed the first scratch. I tried to be more careful, because I didn’t want to have an ugly sink, but for some weird reason I keep seeing more and more scratches each day. Now I hate seeing the sink and I’m embarrassed for guest to see it. The description says it’s designed to resist scratches or cracks. Apparently that is a lie.

I am so happy purchased this farmhouse sink! This sink is deep, heavy duty, and beautiful! I love that this in the smaller size because I needed a size 27 inch for my kitchen. It comes with a tray to sit in the bottom of it so you do not scratch it. It looks expensive and it was still at an affordable price. I love that it is deep enough that you do not see a few dishes if I leave them in the sink. It also has not scratch so far and is very easy to clean. It looks perfect in my white kitchen!

We ordered this in the 33 inch size so that it would match up to each end of the cabinet doors under it as much as possible. We have a 36 inch cabinet. The guys who were installing our new countertops offered to cut the cabinets and install it. I think if you’re handy you can install it yourself but there were a lot of things to consider with our project so we let the professionals do it! Just waiting for the new cabinet doors that needed to be made shorter. This sink is gorgeous! We have been using it for a 2-3weeks now and there is no staining or scratches, chips, or dents. ***note: as stated in the description, it does NOT come with the drain hardware/accessories. The grid that comes with it for the bottom works great at keeping dishes from banging or scratching against the bottom. The 33 inch single bowl is HUGE, like a mini bath tub, so it doesn’t get full being a single bowl. It seriously helped complete my dream kitchen. It’s everything I wanted.

When a tree crushed our house nearly a year ago it gave us the opportunity to make some great changes to our kitchen which included this wonderful 27” apron front sink. I didn’t realize that the stainless grid came with it and wow, it’s terrific!

We have had this farmhouse sink for three months now, and I am so pleased with this purchase! I was concerned as our contractor encouraged us to get a name brand sink which would have been several hundred dollars more. As well I read how white farmhouse sinks get scratched, stained, etc. I have had NO trouble with these things. I am not even using the metal grate that comes with the sink. Most spots from food go away with a simple wiping. If needed, I have used a gentle cleaner or a magic eraser. I love the simple modern front edge (versus wider fronts we've seen). We love the room it has to clean big items and lots of dishes. It feels like a work horse!

I have been looking for a farmhouse sink that was well priced for my kitchen remodel. This glacier bay was the right product for the price. It looks great in my kitchen too. The only thing I don’t like is things stick to the sink and don’t wipe off very easily.

This sink was by far the best value for the return. The quality is simply top notch. Finish on the Fireclay is perfect and glossy. The sizes are true, and it comes with the mesh grid. I cut my granite and mounted this through the countertop, with a lip to keep the splash inside the sink and not on the countertops. built a sturdy frame underneath with 2x4 wood, leveled it and the sink sits perfectly. It rests on the frame, attached with construction adhesive. Caulk the gap in the granite, and it is good to go for years to come.

It is already the second I install and my clients are happy

So far after 4 weeks of being installed everything is working fantastic. Sink looks great. No cracking, fading or staining. Fits a standard disposal just fine. I wont lie, installation was a pain. Its a 2 man job i did by myself. The sink is heavy in which it should be. Re-enforcing the cabinets to jold the sink and leveling the sink with the top of cabinets was very tricky because a fire clay sink is not perfect on its deminsions because of the fire clay making proccess. After everything was said and done it took me about a full day to install. I also puchased the new sink cabinet made for farmhouse sinks. Without that you havento cut your old cabinet down and buy new doors.

This showed up with a chipped bottom. The support area on the bottom was chipped away but, it looked like it was done at the manufacturer's point. There was no debris in the box which would indicate it happened before packaging. I will build the cabinet and the supports for the sink custom in my shop so, it will be supported well enough to compensate and not enable the chipped area to become a stress point and fracture.

I recently used this sink in a spec home. The sink is very durable and has a great finish to it.

They rejected all of my attempts to leave an honest review so I can't tell you why, but just don't get the sink

Outstanding appearance and quality. I am anxious to finish the required cabinet modifications. A retrofit does require lowering ones drain trap, etc. beneath the sink invert. But that is a small price to pay for the convenience of a more comfortable working height, larger sink capacity and ease of tilling and washing large pots. After years of trying two and three basin sinks, we find this to be the most convenient. And fire-clay is a very serviceable - and handsome - material! The sink is downright impressive. (See photograph 1.) It is an elegant design, but fits well into a contemporary setting. At the same time, the authentic material is suited for traditional settings. Build your base cabinet substantially; this sink is robust and weighty. Photograph 2 shows its generous wall thickness and the smooth contours if its interior. Simple to mount, there is no associated hardware. Just provide support to its bottom (See photograph 3.) and restrain it from shifting. The sink does come with a strainer assembly. (See photograph 4.) The other appurtenance shipped with the sink is a convenient wire grid to protect its bottom from impact. (See photograph 5.) This, too, is well made of quality material, including nylon caps on its standoff legs. Maintaining these will protect the sink glazing. This product design is well-thought. One advantage of a farmhouse sink is minimizing (1) potential for water staining cabinet faces with carryover moisture and (2) eliminating annoying bits of laminate / stone / tile in that typically narrow space between the sink lip and counter-top front edge. This sink best accomplishes the objective of bringing its interior to within a comfortable reach. It also comports with any depth of cabinet. Sliding racks will make accessible even the rearmost portions of our base cabinets through those short doors. Another kitchen design advantage is that there are no compatibility issues when selecting ones faucet. You can mount whatever faucet(s) you want on the counter-top or wall: the sink profile no longer is involved.

This Farmhouse sink from Glacier Bay is no lightweight. It is a heavy sink made from actual clay that is fired at 2000°F. Fireclay is resistant to scratching, stains, fading and discoloring. This sink requires a cabinet that has been specifically built or modified to hold a Farmhouse sink. The sink weights about 70 pounds. This Farmhouse sink can be mounted flush with the cabinet front or extended beyond the front no more than 1-1/4 inches. This model is a double basin that also includes two stainless steel racks.

The " GLACIER BAY FARMHOUSE APRON-FRONT FIRECLAY 27" SINGLE BOWL KITCHEN SINK " is a very nice sink. I was surprised how heavy and heavy duty it is. Very well made and looks nice and sleek. I am a fan of stainless sinks but I love the sound deadening of the Fireclay! All parts, instructions were included. Well packed and complete. Honestly the only gripe is the sink grid, it felt a bit thin and bends. If I put a heavy pot in there I am not sure how it will hold out.

This is an incredibly beautiful sink. We picked this for our house we are renovating - this gives the farm style kitchen look we are wanting. This is very well made and weighs quite a bit ~ 80 pounds. I can’t wait to get this installed once we build new kitchen cabinets. The bottom tray is nice and has rubber feet so that the sink does not get damaged and so it sits higher up of the bottom. The sink is so beautiful - it’s made several folks jealous!
