We had an issue with water coming out of the handle. It seemed like the ring/gasket wasn’t tight enough. We bought a new one and then replaced the cartridge only. Worked fine after that. The flow was terrible and near non-existent until we took out the regulator ring. Its good now. Waterfall feature needs the ring to be gone. We got it out with tweezers and toothpick. Its a really tiny ring. My mom loves it. We’ll see how long it lasts. Hard to give a good review when you only recently installed it.

Glacier bay water faucet
This is a very good looking faucet but the water runs out very slowly and you only get a small amount of water it takes the hot water a long time to heat up if I had not had it install already I would take it back do not waste your money on this Fossett as I said it’s a very good looking faucet but the water pressure is not good

OVER PRICED FOR THIS PRODUCT
Overpriced for this product. There are many great style even with LED light faucet only selling $35-$55 everywhere but this one selling $85 + tax ? Not worth the money

Barely trickles and drain does not seal
This faucet barely trickles water. I would guess is runs at about 1/4 gallon per minute. Barely enough to get your hands wet. Also, the drain does not seal. I can live without the drain sealing but I bought this for a bathroom faucet...I need to be able to wash my hands!

Gentle Faucet
I really like this faucet as the water comes tumbling down. I just need to get used to the fact that the water doesn't come out of the faucet under pressure (like all of my previous faucets I have used). Also the stopper on the back is a little hard to get at. This is just a feature of how close my faucet is to the back wall of the sink area. I don't use the stopper often so this isn't a big issue for me.

Bought two of these at two different stores. Both leaked...
Bought two of these at two different stores. Both leaked where the hoses attached to the base. At this point a plumber has been out three times. Very costly all because of the faucet.

I really like this faucet. I’ve always wanted one and decided to buy it because my other one was defective. It came well packaged, great instructions and easy to install. I have a small bathroom sink and this fit perfectly and doesn’t overwhelm the sink. Work perfectly. Very glad I bought this.

Because of the way the spout is shaped and also because this is a WaterSense Certified model that gets 1.2 GPM, the water flow will not be as much as an older model that did not have these features.
