Installed one of these about 18 months ago in a very small 1/2 bath in my condo. It was so easy to install and has worked so well I put in another in my master bath a year later! Both have worked flawlessly without a single clog. Most times don't even use "big flush" at all. I was very skeptical at first but these toilets have proved me wrong. No more rusty, leaky tank connections with the one-piece. Nice sleek, contemporary design, love saving water, AND they were less than half the cost of all the "big name" toilets! Highly recommended!

Great toilet. Low profile with a higher seat. I would've given 5 Stars except for the CHEAP PLASTIC they used for the 1/2 flush mechanism. Afraid they're going to break.

This is an amazing toilet, especially at this price. We replaced a Koehler that usually needed 2 (3 gallon) flushes. This Glacier Bay does the job in one, and it’s attractive and very modern looking. Well done Home Depot !

I wanted an "easy to clean", low profile, 1-piece, sleek looking toilet. And THIS toilet is it! In addition, it is water efficient, comfortable, at a fantastic price point, and made very well. I replaced all 3 of my toilets and I am absolutely satisfied!

I Purchased this toilet three months ago because I was hoping for decent quality and a good price I got a good price but the quality is poor ! After 3 months the bowl developed a crack in it.. now it leaks l no longer have the receipt so now I’m stuck with a toilet with that has a nice crack in it...

Ordered three, 2 biscuit 1 white to replace older one-piece toilets that were too low after total knee replacement. What a difference!!! And the low flush is AMAZING. These toilets will pay for themselves in one year with reduced water usage.

Looks wonderful and works nicely. Was fairly easy to install, but it is a little heavy. Didn't have to make any kind of adjustments to the flush/water levels. Worked perfectly right out of the box.

I had two of these sleek, attractive toilets installed for a powder room and master bath remodel. The contractor did not report any issues. They used Fluid Master Better Thank Wax, Universal Wax Free Toilet seals. I love the modern look and the water saving feature. The seat is comfortable.

I love the sleek look and am happy that it is a one-piece toilet. My old toilet began to leak at the junctions where the top tank was attached. It flushes great. It looks beautiful in my bathroom and matches the black marble top of my sink cabinet. The white ceramic tile and the sink cabinet were both bought at Home Depot. I now have a classy looking bathroom. The tile and toilet were installed this week.

This was my first toilet I installed. I did my husband’s help to lift it, because it’s about 90 pounds. The wax ring was a little stressful. It comes with all the materials you need except the hose, but we already had that from our old toilet. I love the modern clean lines and the dual flush. I also don’t mind the plastic seat cover, because my boys slam the lid.

(ORIGINAL POST) I purchased a Glacier Bay dual-flush toilet (#N2420), which comes with a FluidMaster flush valve (#830VTGB). I found a slow leak after installation, and isolated the problem to the gasket that sits between the flush valve and the 3" opening into the one-piece toilet. I contacted Home Depot at the 855 number provided, was connected to a FluidMaster tech, and was then sent a replacement part (not just the gasket, but another flush valve). Nice, but same problem. I'll update this post if Home Depot and/or FluidMaster does right by me. But so far, this purchase is a nightmare. (UPDATE) Turns out the leak was being caused by the toilet tank vice the flush valve. So, review remains negative for this toilet. Just for a different reason. See picture -- looking back on it, perhaps I should have noticed the ample caulk job that presumably came from the factory, and definitely didn't do the trick. Assuming Home Depot comes through on their promise, credit to their customer service -- they're sending me a new toilet, and not asking me to return the old one. Giving two stars, as I love the idea of dual flush toilets. Let's just hope the new one is water tight.

As advertised, easy install and function is good. Gave it four stars because the seat is thin plastic, feels pretty low quality...one of the under seat "nubs" that press against the bowl fell off twice...first time I snapped it back in place (after I had to rescue it from the bowl), second time it got accidentally flushed. Recommend upgrading the seat.

The five star reviews for this item must either be fake or paid reviews. I've never seen a toilet this bad and I use about 400 different toilets a year. It holds stains all over the inside and the flush does not clean it off. Has to be cleaned constantly. The flush mechanism is poorly designed causing the tube to clog frequently if not held down for the entire flush. High efficiency toilets are a crap shoot to begin with, but this is one of the worst I've ever seen. If you have kids, forget about it. The three people I know who have this toilet, including a contractor friend, absolutely hate it. Do not buy.

Add a better slow close seat and you would get the 5th star. Seems to be very tall, I would look into something lower if improves comfort. I am 6' tall and it still feels high. If you are short you may want to look at the height vs. other choices. Not sure if other toilets are lower. I did buy a second one even though it has these minor concerns.

I never thought I would say "I love my toilet", but the truth is I do. I love the look of the single piece, and the size and height. It takes up about two inches more space back to front than the old toilet (which was probably original to the 1960 home that I bought), but I attribute that to the elongated bowl shape. The top of the tank is lower than on the one I replaced, and the unit is narrower than the old one by at least two inches. The plumber had it hooked up and ready in about fifteen minutes, and it cost less than expected because all of the parts necessary for installing it were included. I have arthritis and I was concerned about the flush buttons needing some force to use, but I can use them very easily with one finger and without any real effort. I keep forgetting to use the strong flush, but so far I have had no problem with everything flushing completely with the short flush. I really like this toilet and I have plans to buy another to replace the one in the guest bathroom.

Bad float, worked for 2 months, went back to our second home and had a water bill for an extra $400.00, keep an eye on the float, adjusted several times and still leaked.

We are happy with out new Glacier Bay toilets. They are quieter than most toilets and also save water. In addition, their simple, streamlied design makes them easier to clean.

With all the q and a asking about the toilet running I knew I couldn’t be the only one with my water running every 3 minutes. I checked the gasket like the instructions stated, and still couldn’t rectify the problem. I finally discovered there is a small hole where the tank interior meets the area where the flush valve empties into where I have an internal leak. I reckon this was a bad cast job and poor quality control. What do I do now, Glacier Bay? Pack the toilet back up and exchange it? I already spent the time to set it and no longer have the packaging. Severely disappointed.

Like the one piece design no need to replace or titan leaky tank bolt with this one. Like the two button flush that will save on my water bill. Clean smooth design much easier to clean and installs in minutes everything is included

Very nice toilet. I replaced a 1994 Kohler model due to age, etc. I love the low profile back compared to older toilets. It's quiet and it doesn't use a lot of water. I did not do the installation myself - I hired a plumber since Home Depot doesn't do the installs anymore. My plumber did not appear to have too much difficulty. Although THD will help you find a plumber, the plumbers don't work for THD so you might as well hire your own plumber. The condition of the toilet was mostly good except for a couple of nicks in the lid. Overall, I am very satisfied with this toilet.

I bought two to replace older toilets that I was constantly changing parts on. So far they've been great. The two flush options work perfectly and the toilets themselves are nice looking (as far as toilets go). Being one piece, this is pretty heavy, so it'll be much easier to move it with two people. All parts are included, except the supply line.

Easy Installation, box comes with everthing you need. I watched Home Depo’s you tube video and vwala! I installed

I just replaced a leaky American Standard vortex garbage one. This comes basically drop in ready. I love that the tank has all hardware already included and pre-assembled. Bolt it down, hook up hose, attach seat and you're basically done. Dual flush is great, and one piece makes it impossible to leak in the middle (which is always a terrifying experience when installing a toilet). My only complaint would be it's really on off white, not a pure white, despite the box illustration and "white" color code.

Our previous unit constantly plugged up. These units are so good that this is actually our 2and one. Both are amazingly quiet. We couldn't be more impressed with both purchases and with the Home Depot. The design fits our bathroom perfectly.
