Underside around sink not flat
We bought the correct size (37 inches) but it does not nest into our cabinet. If the underside were flat around the sink it would be fine, but the underside perimeter has a curve that is a couple of inches wide. It also has a notch, front and center (on the underside). Perhaps modern cabinets are made to accommodate this, but our decades old cabinet is not. It's a beautiful top but we have to return it now. Neither the box nor the instructions say anything about the underside not being flat.

Once I got a good unit (3rd was a charm) it was all good. The first two had scratches on them from the manufacturer as the boxes didn't show any signs of damage on them. Installation was pretty straight forward but with one thing to note, the underside has about an inch wide area around the perimeter that is high and then the rest is about a 1/4 inch deeper. My old cabinet was not the exact size so I had to make some adjustments (shims) to the cabinet to get the vanity leveled. Otherwise a good looking vanity for the price.

I was very disappointed with this countertop. There were many defects, scratches and divots on the counter top and on the backsplash. These are hard to notice when you first take it out of the box you only notice them the first time you go and clean it and wonder why the spots and little dull spots won’t come off. My even had some sort of discoloration around the sink area that I had to cover with a soap bottle. Would not recommend. Not great quality.

Did not sit flush to wall
Overall, looks okay and durable. Backsplash does not sit flush against the wall, leaving at least a 1/4" gap on one side to a 1/2" gap on the other. Checked with my right angle gauge, shows backsplash to be greater than 90' on both sides. And since the homeowner decided to cut the box it came in to pieces before the sink was permanently installed, cannot be returned.
