Met all expectations

We have installed 3 of these toilets in our home. They have a strong, low water flush. Our family has yet to plug one! Highly recommended.

While the flush works well enough, the bowl was apparently designed to wash down the surface with each use - but it doesn't seem that the designers actually tested the product "in use" since the wash-down doesn't work very well. Also, the narrow horizontal channel just inside the rim won't allow cleaning with a standard bowl brush (if you crush the bristles into the channel, the brush then splatters as the bristles flex). So, this toilet is actually HARDER to clean than a standard shape bowl. The china surface itself supposedly has some type of additive in it to resist stains and dirt buildup, but this toilet gets and stays far dirtier than any toilet I have ever owned, requiring constant cleaning - and even after cleaning, it reforms an immediate water ring (the house is nearly new, our water is municipal water, and we have no problems with appliances, faucets, or other toilets - just this one). We have tried everything short of sandpaper to remove the ring at the water surface, and have been able to reduce, but never remove it. This was a replacement for one of the house's original toilets that had a hairline tank crack (we thought we were upgrading with this purchase). I'll probably replace it (again) when the aggravation level hits my limit (almost there). Definitely would not buy again.

I am completely satisfied with my purchase, I am especially thankful for the low flush, saving water, the comfort level, because of my age and the slow close lid, comparing it with the previous one I had.

Installed this toilet and removed it the next day! Absolutely the worst toilet we’ve ever bought. Low flush pressure, and definitely not clean flush as advertised.

No problems with instillation, no problems occurred that were identified in other reviews . I had someone who knew how to install toilets, install it and no problems. I love it, particularly at comfort height and slow closing toilet seat.

I bought this toilet 2 weeks ago and it is wonderful, love the size, and how it looks in my bathroom I find the flushing system exellent and I would recommend this product for sure.

I bought one a year ago. It always had a very week flush and yesterday it plugged up. The toilet drain snake couldn’t improve it so today I bought a Kohler for an extra $100.00.

We were looking to spend about $200 on a toilet, and wanted it to have an elongated seat and water saving feature. This one looks very nice and was easy to install HOWEVER, the fun stops there. As others have complained, the water flow is weak, and the manufacturer's response that you can make certain adjustments to increase water flow is not satisfactory. A toilet's ONLY job is to flush waste, and it shouldn't require special adjustments to do that. Solid waste routinely sticks to the bowl, and requires at least 2 flushes (goodbye water saving) and/or a brush (gross). Also worth noting that the tank isn't insulated, and -as the manufacturer has replied before- this could cause condensation. We only noticed "insulated tank" marketing on the lower priced models, and -incorrectly- assumed this meant the ones in the $200 range and up included it automatically. Not a deal breaker, but worth noting.

Had this toilet about 3 weeks now. Works great, easy install. Have had zero issues so I don’t know why any negative reviews. I would say the only negative thing is it seems to take a bit for the tank to refill after a flush.

Bought this toilet because we liked the look and thought it would match nicely in our condo. The toilet barely flushes and makes a LOT of noise and takes forever to refill when it does. If you go #2, it won't flush it all down - then you have to wait about 5 minutes for it to refill to flush it again. Definitely not "jet" like at all. All the time it sounds like your tap is on while it takes 5 minutes to refill. I wish we never bought this toilet with the headache it will cause to buy a new one and install it. Considering whether it is worth it to uninstall and bring back to the store.

Not what I expected but its fine for my use. Installed with no issues and was very easy as everything was ready to go. Put together with provided screws but very disappointed on how cheap Glacier Bay went with wing nuts and plastic washers for the base, so changed those out for locking nuts and metal washers which worked way better for strength of the unit. Biggest disappointment is the water flow..sure its efficient but I will tweak with the float to get max capacity for flush because current flush is mediocre and guaranteed wont always do the job when needed. Not sure about others I find the handle hard to push down for flush so that may become an issue also with kids or older seniors.

First, I purchased 2 of the same model toilets few months ago from Home Depot for my 2 washrooms upstairs. Because me & my family were very satisfied so when we started our renovations of whole house we decided to purchase the same model for our downstairs washroom as well. Our whole family give 5 stars very comfortably. It is very good powerful flashing, easy cleaning & saving the water as well. Thanks for this product.

First - the "adjustable" flapper, is not adjustable. You don't get enough water to clean the bowl (Home Depot gave me a new one). Second - The insides stopped working after 3 months, no warranty, no installation. I had to buy a complete new one and install it myself, or pay a plumber to come out again and do it. Third - The tank causes the pot cover to slant slightly forward and it will sometimes slam shut when you least expect it. Overall - Do not buy this toilet.

I bought this chair height toilet about two weeks ago because I have physical issues with lower toilets. This is the worst toilet I have ever owned. It has a horrible low flow flushing system that will not evacuate solid matter. Do not waste your money. I wish I could return it!!!!!

This toilet is 17 " high without seat. Great ADA. I had knee surgery and was looking for a higher toilet. This one is great and easy to install.

We did a whole bathroom makeover - wanted a higher toilet - this toilet looked and worked Awesome - was about to buy another to replace our other toilet - then about 8 months the water flush valve started running continuously...then slowed the flow to a trickle and takes forever to refill...needless to say we will be looking for alternatives

I needed 4 toilets for our bathroom renovations. Decided to try this one first since it has 3 jet outlets near the top rim similar to the much more expensive Toto. The flushing is awesome making the Entire bowl wet each time. In 2 weeks of tests we have never had to flush a second time due to something stuck on the sides of the bowl. A couple of times a second flush was needed to make the water clear or to completely empty the very bottom. If you have a lot to flush away you can hold the handle down longer to use All of the water from the tank. A quick normal release of the handle only uses about 1/2 of the tank. That way the incoming colder water will mix with the 1/2 warm water left in the tank and won't cause condensation since the tank isn't insulated. We are so please with this toilet we have decided to buy 3 more for the other bathrooms.

The height is okay. It would have been better if it was 19 inches tall.

Bought this toilet a few months ago. Worst toilet I’ve ever owned. Does not flush well. Needs to be brush cleaned after EVERY use. Nice height Looks good What does that matter if everything sticks to the sides of the bowl.

I purchased three of these toilets and absolutely love them. The height is perfect for elderly and physically handicapped persons. Very quiet and effective flush and comfortable seating. Highly recommend. Recommend plumber installation.
