I've always wanted one of these faucets but some of the other brands pricing had been so out of reach for me. I'm so happy to have found this one! It works great, no issues so far. If I have any complaint it would be be that the sensor seems to cut the water off even when using the handle to turn water on/off, so if I use the handle to turn the water on, I still need to engage the sensor to get the water to turn on.

It installed easy and it works great! I really like the touch less on and off. You just set it and wave your hand. Simple and easy and it looks great!

Built challenging to install. Definitely seek experienced plumber. Looks nice installed. Handless feature takes some getting used to - how to swipe on/off without turning back on again. Too soon to gauge reliability.

I have had touches faucets before this but this one is really more of a headache than a convince feature. Faucet only works with the touches option and the touches option does not work 50% of the time. Either don't buy a faucet with touchless feature or invest in a good one. Other than the touches feature the faucet is good.

The faucet is awesome, it was a great upgrade from our previous touchless. The only real issue we had was the poor packaging and shipping. The faucet arrived in manufacturer packaging (no outer box) with the shipping label slapped on. We were concerned because the box was quite beat up - however the contents were complete and not damaged. We lucked out. HD fulfillment should do better.

Not as easy to use as per directions. Have to touch eye on back to work or wave hand multiple times . Would no recommend this product as touchless.

I hate to leave a one-star review on this faucet because I like the way it looks, and I like the overall feel of it in terms of construction quality. that said, The motion sensor causes the water to turn off randomly. most annoyingly it causes it to turn off within the first one to two seconds that you've turned the faucet on. then once you reengage it, if you're running it for over 15 to 20 seconds, you can expect it to turn off again. after searching for a solution online, I came to the conclusion that glacier Bay products are just inherently faulty. A real shame.

I've always used Moen products, however the last few I have purchased are definitely not of the same build quality as those they were replacing, We wanted a touchless kitchen faucet and this was less than half the price of the Moen equivalent. This has turned out to be an excellent choice, it was easy to install and works very well.

Great product for the price point. It does not come with adaptor for electrical plug in, so I’ll see how long batteries last. The faucet is touchless but the soap dispenser is not, so I opted to get a stand alone touchless soap dispenser. This product is being used in a home based nail business for increased COVID precautions for clients.

Works as expected and easy to install. Seems solid and good quality for the price.
