This set is very nice you do need to cook on a lower heat but it does not stick. I use Very little olive oil or Avocado oil. It stacks nice and no clutter. I got rid of my other pans nice and clean look.

Well......Food still sticks to this cookware, although it is easier, much easier to remove. I find that the glass covers also develop a vacuum-type suction to the pots, making it a bit difficult to just lift the cover. Truthfully, I wish I spent more and got a better quality cookware.
