Worked great on my kitchen cabinets. Looks real. Easy to cut, hang, trim.

The strpes were not uniform. The dye didnt take, therefore i had to paint it.

Looks Great, but gets damaged easily..

Close to looking like real beadboard. It was easy to apply.

The paper becomes very flimsy when it is wet. Very easy to tear. It does however have a nice finish.

Second time using this product and it has exceeded our expectations once again. If you are building a home or taking a room down to the studs then use conventional beadboard. But if you're updating a room this is by far the best route. Make sure to paint the vinyl wallpaper as it will harden the material making it a lot more durable.

I’m returning some off the rolls, there was way too much glue i followed instructions very messy! The paper tears way to easily, if you bump it marks show easily and can not be fixed without noticing all blemishes. No wonder was on sale half off.

Used this wallpaper to try and hide cracks from a broken mirror wall. It covered the cracks better than I expected!

This product worked perfectly. It hides all wall imperfections and looks beautiful.

I did not see any description that the paper had foam in the pattern. Was using in bathroom I was pretty shore the description said plastic. would like to return but might be to late

Set well after install, looks great after painting, only drawback is it can get nicked up easily because it is a soft foamy material.

Love this wallpaper. loos so much like bead board that many ask, "when did you have bead board put in!?"

Used to redo bathrooom...looks great!

You can not cut or trim when wet, it tears.

We installed this about 4 years ago in our dining room. It looks beautiful. We live in a home over 100 years old and it works. One downfall is it’s very soft so if your using it for a high traffic area might want to rethink. Are CAT loves to claw it and it’s easy for him to do a lot of damage on just one little swipe . When It gets nicked a little it will show. Very easy to install. If you’re buying it I recommend buying extra and my extra I mean more then usual. It’s also not too bad to replace a panel if you need to. I’d be really great for backsplash or ceiling. I really like it !! I wish they would improve the thickness or make something to put on top of it to make it a little bit more durable. Truly looks great.

The end result was beyond our expectations; everything worked out well. The one issue we had was that the vinyl is so thick, trim cutting it with a new razor blade and a utility knife and/or an X-Acto knife was difficult and required moving very slowly. Also, when paper was wet the vertical indentations were weak and prone to ripping. Again not a big deal as the end result was super.

this was installed previous to my moving into my condo, but it was done halfway and not completed. I liked the looks of it so I was glad to purchase more to finish off the room at a reasonable cost.

CONS: -Do not try to cut using exacto knife once wet and applied. Use scissors to cut prior to wetting and applying to surface. Easily tears. It’s like styrofoam texture so it will dent, tear, puncture easily. I used on risers for stairs… will see how long they last w kids. -do not soak these or try to sponge or brush on water. It has to be a quick 2s submersion in water, let it sit for another few seconds to activate and then apply ASAP. You can still move it around. Tends to have bubbles that done smooth out easily. The goo started to ooze out the more I kept trying to get it smoothed out. The goo made it super messy. - if your surface is imperfect in any way, IT WILL SHOW. even with it being “bulkier” textured thin styrofoam like material, it’ll show thru. PROS: -cheap -easy to apply -I can tell the difference that it’s not actual beadboard but it’s fine for now. I’m not sure why others have said it’s exactly like beadboard… definitely not.

Could tear easily. Had to use paste even though prepasted. Need to paint so can wipe off.
