Perfect for above my washer and dryer in my laundry closet, easy to raise and lower and can hang garments on hangers or drape on rails then hoist above me while doing more loads. Follow directions to install as rope pulley system will run smoothly for you.

Works well once installed properly

I love this. I have so many clothing items that are lay flat to dry and i am able to hang to dry everything. I love that it has hooks that you can use to hang items from hangers as well.

Although an old idea , this product has a very useful function today and since we have installed it in our laundry room many of our friends have shown an interest in purchasing the same for their homes. The problem: after only a month of use one of the cords has frazzled (come apart) and I have had to find a replacement and now will ‘re-string’ it.

It's must be very practical and space-saving. The rope will not slip over the top. Although it also has the risk that lets rope slip to the top, but if hanger is hanged full clothes, it can lock automatically.

Set this up in the laundryroom about a month ago works good but sometimes the locking mechanism does not lock the pull strings which makes the rod fall down has happened a few times now

This is exactly what I needed in my laundry space.

Unit installs easily and is robust enough for the job. The downfall of this item is that the bar's latch for the string does not grab sufficiently thus allows the rod to fall to it's full draw length. This requires a step ladder to reach the ceiling to grab the draw string handle to pull the rod back up. Very poor design.

I found this product to be quite useful to dry items rather than use gas or electricity for the dryer. The heat from the washing machine is enough to warm the laundry room and dry items hanging on the rack. Installing is fairly simple, but only IF you have a talent for DIY around the house. I would not recommend someone who has little experience attempt this installation. Best to find overhead ceiling joists for optimum installation. I DO NOT recommend using plastic thread inserts directly into overhead drywall. The rack can only handle a lightweight load, so if you want to dry your king-size comforter when it's soaking wet, don't try to hang it on this. It's great for your socks and t-shirts.

Not very good, some bugs

Went up fairly easy after getting most of the parts. Would recommend if you need to air dry some cloths.

I received this product and installed it on our patio. The directions were very easy to use and they even had a template to mount the brackets. That was great. It took a while to get the ropes the right length but it was worth it. Works great and a great addition for saving room when you hang laundry to dry. Will even work when you want to store clothes out of the way.

Perfect for when you have a few things that need to be air dried every time you wash clothes. This was the perfect solution to having clothes draped over any available space. Hang and hoist out of the way, genius! Once I figured how it should go up it was an easy install. Not the most durable, but only hang delicates so does the job I need it to do.

When I moved to my new house, the size of my laundry room was a challenge. I didn't want to dry clothes in other locations of the house either. It fits perfectly in my small laundry room, and it takes no space at all. It's steadier and stronger than I first anticipated.
