Dead after 6 months
Died after 6 months. Planted in full sun, in Georgia. Plenty of water, good soil, but they did not survived.

no signs of life
Every bare root tree I purchased in 2023 died. never shown any signs of life. I even used a transplant shock solution. This happened with trees purchased elsewhere as well.

Good bare-root purchase
So far, so good. The bushes arrived looking like dead twigs (with roots) and with no planting instructions. However, the branches were pliable so I prepared holes for them, planted them, and waited. In a few weeks I was rewarded with buds. Now I have leaves on both bushes and they look very healthy. I am looking forward to the day when I get apricots from them.

Fixing incorrect info. in my previous review
In my initial review of the tree, I reported the product arrived as a dead stick. I had planted the tree immediately after it arrived, watered it daily, and waited weeks before I wrote the review. As it turns out, I was too impatient. It is almost a month since it has arrived, and it has indeed begun to sprout. I'm still not pleased that it arrived as a stick and took so long to leave dormancy. But I feel my previous review was unfair. So I'm trying to balance that out with a four-star review.

Dead stick upon arrival
It was shipped as a stick with no soil. I planted it within moments of its arrival, used Home Depot's Miracle Gro soil to plant it in a large container, placed it in a prime sunny spot, and watered it every day for two weeks. The result was that it never changed from the stick form in which it arrived.

dead stick upon arrival
I got a dead tree since they obviously don't know how to ship a bare root tree. They HAVE to have a moist wrap around the root during shipping and this didn't. I wont be buying from here anymore.

Top broke off from wind
We planted the small barefoot plant immediately upon arrival. It grew new leaves. However upon a strong wind, the top half broke off from the main stem. Hope it will survive.
