This product exceeded my expectations. Each tongue had the same quality, fit perfectly into the hickory plank, and maintained the integrity of the plank. My wood floor is seamless and looks great. I was reluctant that the tongue would not fit snugly, would not be high quality, and worse would not make my floor look seamless - none of that happened.

I was going to make my own after reading some of the reviews, which complained that the size was wrong. But that's too much work compared to how inexpensive these are. So I took a chance. And they were perfect.

When installing hardwood flooring there are times when you need to change the direction of the tongue and groove so you can change the direction of the installation. I needed to do this in three locations in this room: twice in closets and once when going around a corner. By inserting this tongue you effectively turn a grooved side of hardwood into a tongued side. This product fit snuggly into the hardwood pieces I was installing and I could not be happier with the results. It also helped that the product shipped out to me in a timely manner on a very time sensitive project.

This slip tongue enabled us to branch off in both directions of one piece of wood. We used wood glue to keep it in place. Just don't try to nail it by the tongue. It doesn't work, glue does the trick just fine. Looking at our finished hard- wood flooring, there is no evidence of the slip tongue. Even though we know where it is, it is invisible.

Fit perfectly and snuggly into 3/4” tongue and groove oak; didn’t use any glue and remains to be seen the results. Peace

The specs don't really match, so as much as it's not crap, they wouldn't service our requirements. We are dealing with 1/2 engineered flooring

The spline Went into groove with no problem.

Worked great. Used it to reverse direction in laying in our tongue and groove hardwood flooring. Very pleased.

I've not used them yet so can't give a full review. But the strips are straight; no dents, or chips. They were well packaged & wrapped inside to prevent damage. And arrived when expected. Looking forward to using them.

These are a critical component when installing a new hardwood floor. Allows you to reverse direction of the wood install.

Timely delivery and the fit of each slip tongue is perfect.
