I would not buy these again. They look nice overall which is why we bought them. However we did not notice until they were up and we were leveling them that the front rail is not level with the top of the base! The sides of the rail were welded on at different heights so you have the choice of leveling them using the top of the base or the front horizontal rail so either way they don't look right. It's not a slight difference it is a large difference. We bought 2 for our bathroom and both are this way. It took a lot of time to get them wired and flat based on the prior connections we had there so just decided to leave them vs hassle with taking them down, returning and looking for different ones. You would have to take time looking at them to notice so most people won't but it is ridiculous how they are not straight. Would not recommend.

Supplied mounting hardware not sufficient for all installations
The steel ring supplied with this fixture could not be installed to the electrical boxes in my 2003 home. I needed to use the left and right holes in the electrical box, which did line up with slots in the ring, but only if you tilted the ring about 15°, and once you did that, the light fixture would also be tilted. So I drilled holes in the ring to line up with my electrical box and mounted the ring, only to find that the machine screws provided to attach the fixture are too short. They should stick though the front of the fixture about 1/4" so the decorative nuts can be installed, but they were just barely flush with the surface of the fixture. I gave up using their hardware and, fortunately for me, was able to use the hardware from the fixture I was replacing. The old steel ring had no trouble lining up with the screw holes in the electrical box and the machine screws were plenty long enough to protrude through the front of the fixture.

Beautiful But Crooked
This product is beautiful.
There is a big flaw in manufacturing.
I had to purchase 5 of these before I found one that was level.
You can make some very small Left to Right adjustments by loosening the nuts on the back, but it doesn't help the fact that the product is never going to be level.
The work around is either going to your local store and opening each box until you find one that's correct - or making the holes where the bolts are; wider from top to bottom. This way you'll be able to fix the flaw yourself.

Crooked out of the box!
I liked the design of this fixture, so I ignored the other reviews that said it was crooked out of the box. It installed pretty easily, but it wasn't until I had it on the wall that I noticed how crooked it was. You can see in these photos, the mount is straight, but the light bar is at a bad angle. I bought this one from a store and will try to order one from the web. I hope maybe that will from a different lot and they fixed the manufacturing defects. Otherwise, I will return both. If you can pick another design, I'd skip this one. It's not worth the hassle of buying more than one to find a good one, if you even can.

We returned one because it was not welded correctly so the lamp was not level. The second was the same issue, but not as noticeable. I decided to keep it, but it's not how I wanted it to be.

Love these lights (!!) and they were one of the easiest installation jobs of our DIY master bathroom remodel. More than enough light with the shades upward (60 watt bulbs) and that’s a bonus because downlighting can be unflattering once you reach a certain age. ;) Would definitely recommend to a friend. In fact, I already have.

The fixture arrived quickly and undamaged. The metal wall box is made of a very thin metal - it felt very cheap and flimsy. It definitely did not feel like a $100 light fixture. This is MAYBE a $35 fixture... Installation was easy, "mechanically" speaking, at least. After hanging it on the wall and making sure the box was level, I noticed that the metal arms weren't level. Closer inspection revealed that the arms were not even close to being square with the box. Looking at the side view, the posts coming out from the box to the bars that hold the lights were also very much askew. Bottom line: this fixture is poorly made (see photos below) and is of cheap quality materials.

Modern Bath Fixture with Geometric Lines
I really like that this fixture is about 36" long because I put it over a 42" vanity and it works great. It has clean geometric lines that fits in with my geometric theme for hallway fixtures and my bath fixtures. The fixture takes four 60 watt regular light bulbs or CFL equivalent. I had four round bulbs with the heavy base and light coming from the top of the bulb so I tried them. The picture shows that type of bulb in the fixture. I also tried the spiral bulbs and that worked fine. You can't see the curly bulb through the frosted glass shade. That type of bulb gives an overall glow from the top to the bottom of the glass shade. You can choose the type of light that you want and get the bulbs. The fixture is easy to install. The base that attaches over the outlet box is a brushed nickel finished rectangle which keeps with the geometric theme. The fixture looks so nice installed and gives plenty of light.
Contemporary design, good light and easy to install
We decided to update our guest bathroom and this vanity light provided a very easy way to bring our room up to date. The fitting was very easy to install in place of our existing vanity light and looks great. The light shades provide a warm light tone and have a softer light than our previous four bulb vanity light. All in all, a very easy way to update our bathroom with a more contemporary look.
Installing the fitting is super easy and takes about 10 minutes. The light comes with a circular metal backing plate that screws on to the electrical box. It comes with a couple of screws for attaching the backing plate to the electrical box. The only thing I'd recommend besides the Phillips screwdriver is a small bubble level to make sure that the two threaded studs mounted to backing plate that the light fitting attaches to are aligned vertically. If these studs are vertically aligned when the backing plate screws are tightened down, the light fixture will be level once assembled.
With the backing plate screwed to the electrical box and the wires attached using the supplied wire nuts, all that is then required is to mount the light fitting which locates on two threaded studs. A couple of brushed nickel finishing nuts are then used to attach the light fitting to the backing plate. With this done, you just attach the glass shades, add three bulbs and you're done. It's that easy!
The 'open' side of the glass shades point upwards towards the ceiling and the shades attach to the light bulb fitting with simple plastic circular nuts which are screwed on by hand.
There are no bulbs supplied with the fitting so we used three of the four 60 watt circular incandescent vanity bulbs from the old fitting we were replacing. The white glass shades tend to soften the light but still provide a decent amount of light in our bathroom.
The fixture comes with a 12 month warranty.
The 4-Light Brushed Nickel Vanity Bath Light with Opal Glass Shades is a very elegant looking light fixture. We replaced another light with this one. It took less than twenty minutes to swap them out. The structure of this fixture is very rugged, but light weight. The 4 globes are oval. 6 inches wide x 4 inches deep x 4.75 inches high. At the closest point, the globes are 1.75 inches from the wall and the outer edge of the globe is 5.5 inches from the wall. Overall, the light fixture, with globes attached, is 9 inches tall and 35 inches wide. The light fixture can be installed with the globes facing up or down.
This is an awesome 3 lights bath fixture. It's a little over 24 inches long, perfect for a small bath. This item did not comes with light bulbs. We used the fluorescent light bulbs and it's nice and bright. The stainless steel frame gives the bathroom a clean modern look. The 3 shades are made out of glass, beautiful white glass and block the glare of the light without blocking the brightness.
Have to say took more time to take down the Hollywood bathbar than to but up this fixture., To install just screw on the box plate, wirenut the ground, neutral and hot wires stuff most of the wire into the box then put on to the screws in box plate install nuts, level and tighten nuts. Next just just put on white glass shades and screw on the nuts, Very helpful if you have a Socket Collar Installation Tool if you don't have small hands. I used Globe Electric 60W Equivalent Daylight 1-19 bulbs Model #84030 they are putting out right close to 75-watt bulb light output and at a very low bulb cost less than $3 per bulb in the 6 pack box was on $17 cant worry about that one will be about 20 years plus before have to buy again
I installed this vanity light in our secondary upstairs bathroom. It is the bathroom our kids and overnight guest use. This fixture can be installed facing up or down. I faced it down for more direct lighting. The install took only 10 minutes but I did a quick paint touch up once the old fixture was removed. Our previous vanity light was the standard builder's grade six bulb light bar. This vanity light is a definite improvement. There's nothing negative to say about this fixture but going from six bulbs to four is a noticeable difference. I put 60 watt incandescent bulbs in this fixture but will replace then with 75 watt LED equivalents as soon as I can get to HD. I also plan to replace the ventilation fan with one that has a light to add more light while showering. At any rate I really like this vanity light. It looks very nice and is at a great price.
