I really like the product but learned after a complicated install that one of the sockets don’t work. Now I have to take the whole thing down.

Nice heavy duty cord. Great set of lights.

I installed the cord in my gutters and across my patio, then screwed in the bulbs and plugged it in. Only 10 of the lights actually lit up and very randomly. I decided maybe some of the bulbs were broken during shipping but when I switched a bulb I knew was working with one I was not sure about, the light still did not light up. It was a big hassle to get the string up where I wanted it so I went back to Home Depot and bought a second set. I have not gotten to check the second set yet and still have to get the original down so I can return it. I will update once I get the new set checked out. For right now, I can't give it a good review. The aesthetics of the string are nice and they include 12 extra bulbs which is awesome.

Very nice product, easy to hang and install, warm, soft yellow glow Not the bright white daylight appearance. My only small issue was when first powering them up 5 or 6 bulbs blew immediately. You get a few extras in the box so no biggie really. HD also sells an inexpensive photosensitive timer for around $10 that makes the whole process smooth. The light strand makes my patio look uber awesome and way nicer than all my neighbors so really that’s all that matters to me lol

Bulbs break very easily. Would suggest putting lights up and then put the bulbs in the socket.

Lighting was not as bright as expected. It's actually not very bright at all.

This is a really nice set of lights. It went the entire length of the patio and across one end. The cord/wire is heavy duty and I think should last a long time, even on this Phoenix, AZ heat. So far I’m satisfied. Ask again in a year or two or five.

These are great lights! I love the extra bulbs that were sent. We got 3 sets and they look beautiful. We have them hanging on the fence and the wind doesn't seem to shake them around.

Must have been last season’s stock because it was on sale? They were easy to install and when the bulbs a twisted in real tight they all light up. Looks great.

The Hampton Bay string light set appears to be a high quality light set offered for a reasonable price. I purchased three sets of lights to completely surround my patio pool area and the lights make the entire area a small wonderland. Couldn't be more pleased.

Just had a house party the other day with about 50 people. They all loved the lights. Lit the back yard right up. The cord is pretty weighty but propped the middle up with a 2x4. No problem

Great set of out door light's. My only issue is cost. The set is about $10.00 to high based on the cost of others. The quality of the set is very good, cord to sockets are tight. I have 3 other sets from last year and they still look new. I'm completely satisfied and would like to purchase more. Good job guys.
