Bought this thinking the wood-like enclosure was actual wood, but it's metal painted like wood. This makes the fixture a bit heavier than normal so more care in hanging was needed.

This chandelier looks great above our kitchen table. It is a little more modern than farm style, but I like that. The quality is good, but it was extremely difficult to hang because the wires going through the chain made that side of the chain about a half inch higher than the other side. After much trial and error, I found the best resolution was to cut the wire in half and run half of the wire through both sides of the chain. This took forever to figure out, but once I did, it hung level.

I have had two of these lights, One was great and the second one hangs and is crooked. I can not get straight. I have tried everything. If I had the box, it would have went back. Save all packing material until it is hung successfully

It should come with 4 locks instead of 2 to prevent it from damaging when bending the chain or when shortening the link. The fixture is beautiful but just poor workmanship.

Good price and good quality but bulbs separate

This looks so nice over my dining table. It just made such a beautiful difference. I am very happy. It didn't take my electrician long to install it either.

We bought this light and loved the look of it. When we went to install it, however, one of the columns was missing the screw threads. Couldn’t install it. Returned it to HD and exchanged it for another. Ran into more issues. The two chains included to hang the lights were strangely different size links, which made it impossible to hang level. We had to take extra chain and cut to use same chain on both sides. Weird issues that you don’t expect. Now that it’s up though, it’s beautiful!

This is the prettiest light fixture! We have a long mango wood table and this just looks so nice over it. Even the weathered looking wood just blends right in with our colors. It actually looks kind of gray, but not sure if it just looks that way because of the gray walls and dark gray accents. We put 60 watt light bulbs in it and it is bright! We are going to buy a dimmer today. We bought Straight Filament Clear Glass Vintage Edison LED Light Bulbs for it. We love it. We had soft white (more yellow) light fixture before. We wanted bright and clear. This is just perfect. Picture below is lop sided but you can still see it. We don’t have it hanging as low as it can go. If you need it hung lower it does come with an extension chain.

Looks really good. Bulbs are not included, but for $300 it’s one of the better choices out there. Here’s a before and after

Un-installable, unfortunately. Adjusting the chain links to the right length requires using pliers to open a link in the chain, and the black finish on the chain is so cheap that just touching a plier to the link shreds the finish, leaving scratches and huge silver-colored patches behind.

Beautiful and goes great with my other decor

Although it took a little bit of effort to string the long wires through the poles and was a bit of a balancing act ( 2 people recommended) with holding the chandelier while attaching it and bending chain links, was worth it! Took a little under a hour. Looks great in our kitchen! We used 5 “40 watt”/ 310 lumens LED bulbs which is still bright but doable. Makes our kitchen look clean and a little more modern. Recommend , looks better in person!

I wanted to get a nice inexpensive chandelier for my entryway. I found this one that was very well made and sturdy. I was kind of worried since we don't have a high ceiling, but it actually worked out perfect. Wasn't able to use the chain though.

Very pleased with it. It took years off of my kitchen.

My husband put it up for me and his only complaints were that it was a tight squeeze to get the wires through so he marked them with clear tape and a marker and the chains were hard to bend without ruining the finish. Overall, great light!!

Beautiful addition to our home

Light fixture not much to it other than it should look good. My issue is that it is not brass or even coated. Rather just looks like gold spray paint. That would be ok I guess at a price point but this was not cheap by any means.

We purchased the vintage brass color, and it goes so well in our dining room. We did need two people to put it up, but it was relatively easy, and it looks great!

I had spent a while looking for the right light fixture for my dinning area and after months I finally purchased this fixture. First, the price is great. Under $200 is a great price. Second, it’s light and easy to install. Lastly, it’s beautiful.

Excellent and beautiful... increased good lighting. Easy to install - plenty of options to install different was with different existing conditions in the home (high ceilings, slated ceilings, low ceilings, etc). Good quality for the investment of kitchen lighting. Highly recommend this product.

Lightweight and beautiful

The product looks really good. Even though it's supposed to be put on a high ceiling area, it came out good on ours. We used around 5 chains only from ceiling to our designated height that we wanted and it still looks. There was a little delay due to the instructions and wiring color not matching up but eventually I was able to do the matching on it. I'm not an electrician and a new homeowner so it was a great experience installing and learning about electrical, too!

It was perfect for over our island. We also bought the smaller one that matched for over our dining room table.

We wanted to upgrade the entryway chandelier and found this at Home Depot. I ordered the 20" size, but discovered that it is way too big for the room. Returned it to the store and got the 14" / 3-bulb size. PERFECT! We are an older couple (68 & 70) but this felt comfortable in the space and is just the right amount of trendy. We used round clear bulbs (mismatched at the moment), 40W. Gives plenty of light. The frame looks darker than it is in the attached picture. We almost bought the bronze, but then it would have caught my eye all the time. We preferred something more subtle, only noticed when you looked at it. This chandelier is a winner!

Took this out of the box and assembled. Noticed one of the bulb bases is loose and sticking up higher than the rest. It's totally loose in the fixture. I'll be taking this one back unfortunately.

We returned this light after installing (with difficulty) because even in our decent sized living toom it was Glaring light ! Went to a lighting store nearby and saw another with same style, but it had a glass shield on the inner section to mute the Glare of the visible light bulbs. Plus it casts shadows all over the ceiling. See picture
