Perfect fit

I found this a little hard to put up. I bought a house and have been trying to learn how to do my own handyman jobs. I struggled with the first bracket but it definitely became easier after I did the first one. They gave me the privacy I wanted and look good. Makes My house look more homely and allows e to have my plants in the window but with privacy. Overall would recommend for the price

I wish I could recommend. First set had a flaw. Bought one to replace it. Notice a loose piece when I check the blind but took it anyway as it was the last one and I already had the software installed at home. The replacement for the flawed one/ already replaced one came with the top bent. Will now try one more time but then returning both if can't get one that is not flawed. They are very brittle and easy to break. Either the material is manufactured that way or it is old.

These are so easy to put up, and work fine I bought 8 of them and going back to get more.

I love this cordless blind! Very attractive. Had a large kitchen window that was difficult to cover due to structure above and below it. Finally measured whole area and decided on this blind. Easy for my son to install. Plus fantastic price! Very pleased.

I have at least 6 pairs of the cheaper "light filtering" blinds that Home Depot sells, and they've served me well. I just installed a new one the same time I put up this "room darkening" Hampton Bay blind. I had a room I actually do want to darken slightly, but not blackout. These blinds don't darken the room AT ALL...... they are light filtering. In addition, the bottom rail is cheap, and raising and lowering this barely works. You have to move very slowly for the slats to pile up and hope the blind will hang where you stop moving your hand upward. The cheaper light filtering blinds are much better! The bottom rail is sturdier and is easier to raise and lower on those. The only downside is they cannot be cut to size. I wasted money on this "room darkening" blind, and I already wasted time shortening it. I would return it but I also installed a shelf in front of it, so I won't be able to it will be difficult to install then shorten a new blind. What a piece of trash and waste of time.

Blinds were easy to install. Only tools were a screwdriver, a hammer and nail to start the screw hole, ladder and a ruler. Was able to fit in a 1 inch space between the window and the wall. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast via fedex. I also liked the fact that this narrower than normal blind was as originally produced, not cut from a larger shade. I appreciate that Home Depot makes and keeps in stock for quick delivery non standard size items.

Replaced a corded blind with this one (23” x72”) since corded blinds are no longer available. Seems well made until I pulled the shade down and the left side bottom rail retainer broke. I will return and replace with a new one but it’s not encouraging to see the main point of stress break on the very first pull. What does this say about the expected longevity of this product? We have a house full of cheap mini blinds purchased 18 years ago that are still perfectly serviceable, and this thing breaks on the very first pull? Please.

Great blinds. Looks nice. Very easy to install. Wanted a blind for a small window next to the door. This fit perfectly.

After cutting onsite to fit my dimensions, I decided to install them right away; everything went smooth so far, but once installed I saw some shades in the blind. At the beginning, I thought it was due to the sun and the shade effect with sun and trees outside, but at night, the "shades" were still there, and it's when we realized they were dirty. It was not just dust and it was not cleaned even using clorox wipes... had to remove the blind and clean it (just the front, the back is still dirty as it came) with Simple Green, Vinegar and Hot Water... Very disappointing to buy something and end up having to spend 2 hours cleaning it because it came so dirty.

Ordered special blinds for 4 windows. One set is already broken!! just because of careful use... Cord snapped off top!

REALLY USEFULL AND EASY TO SET!!!

Screw heads broke off repeatedly, sticky tape on brackets wouldn't hold them up, bad instructions, blinds look okay up, not really what I would call room darkening, hope they last a while, doesn't sound like it from other reviews, next time I'll try another product

Love it, easy to install, no cords to pull or roll up, looks classy.

Not really impressed by these blinds. I actually like the cheaper no name variety HD has better. The hardware on these is thinner and less sturdy. The cheaper ones come with a template to mount the brackets, these do not. We purchased 5 to finish a room and one will not pull down all the way or hang evenly. A 20% failure rate.

The blinds were a perfect fit for my odd sized friend patio doors. The instructions were not that great, but I got them hung. Only thing is there are easy to break. A couple at the bottom are already chipped.

I don't know hiw they can list these as blackout. I wouldn't even call them room darkening. These are really light filtering. I bought these fir each room to replace light filtering but will be returning them.

Blinds cut to length required. Bottom rail on two of the about 1/4" too long. It was not so wide too cause a problem. Extremely easy to install. I would recommend these blinds.

A bit hard to “snap” into place but are a good quality blind.

The design of these blinds is just terrible. We are on our 4th set (for 2 windows) in about 9 months and the up/down mechanism keeps blocking (see photo). Got them because we previously had the corded version and that worked reasonably well (i.e. lasted 4-5 years) This is a huge waste of money.
