Although I have purchased many Hampton Bay products in the past, I was quite disappointed in this purchase. Neither the top shelf or the bottom shelf had the predrilled holes for the dowels and what made it worse was the dowels weren't even included. I had to drill all the holes myself and purchase and cut the dowels (all 42 of them). My 1-hour project turned into 3 hours....
