I reviewed this product previously when I purchased the identical item. The original unit works great and I expect this unit will also.

I purchased and installed this light kit and everything worked except one light so I connected Hampton Bay customer service on 22 February 2024 and they informed me they would have the parts department contact me. I did not receive a call back until 9 am on 28 February and the person requested the barcode off the box so I have found the barcode and sent it to the email that I was given but have not received any response.

We just purchased and installed these path lights and they were easy to install and and give off very bright LED lighting. Time will tell in regard to durability. We live in FL. so the weather should not be too hard on them. I highly recommend at this time.

So I like these lights when they worked, but after 2 months 5 of 6 stopped working. I reset the connections, disconnected & reconnected to the transformer & the lights were still off. I eventually removed all the lights & took them back to the store for a return & was told I'm "outside the return window." So then I contacted HD warranty dept & got the run around. They want me to tell them which part is failing....well I don't know, I didn't make them so I don't know what is wrong. Buyer beware!

The kit had everything necessary and was easy to install

Third home I have bought this for - it works perfectly and blends in to nice landscaping. Also extremely inexpensive to run.

The pathway light system looks awesome and adds so much to the looks of our home at night.

These lights are not the brightest and kind of expensive compared to other brands, but they look nice and work as they should. I definitely will choose a different brand next time.

I put these lights in about 8 months to a year ago. However, both transformers no longer work and the manufacturer will not replace them. The transformers do not even light up now. The only way I can get new transformers to buy the entire 6 light system times 2. Ridiculous! Customer support was no help at all.

Very pleased. Installed with transformer inside and photo eye outside with lights. Works very well.

I wish the light bulbs were available

The connectors break very easily. Had to buy some new ones to be able to complete the installation.

I have installed these at my home and they have functioned so well I installed a full set of six lights plus eight floods on my parent home. This winter we have a foot of snow atop these lights and they never faltered.

I've repositioned the light sensor every place it could reach both front & back of the house and the lights continue to stay on 24/7. Yes it's not direct sunlight but I have solar lights with photo sensors that work just fine in the light conditions present. Only thing that will shut the lights off during the day is to shine a light on the photo eye.

Beautiful look. Works great with the exception of the connector to hook up to power line. I had to hardwire the lights because the connectors fell apart.

If you are a professional/contractor, don't waste your money and time. If you go with this cheap, junky kit, treat them like christmas lights and make sure you see everything working before you install. My customer wanted the cheapest option and he certainly got it. I had 3 boxes of these kits and only 1 of the transformers actually had output voltage and the transformer that DID work; the photocell wasn't functioning. I had to take a hit on the job due to all of the running around.

The lights and transformer were easy to install and the lights look awesome in the landscaping.

I replaced an earlier Hampton bay system that was 10 years old. This one was easy to assemble, looks good and works really well so far. We’ll see how it does.

They look great and the installation was pretty easy. Hampton bay is a good product. Have purchased many fans from them and always get a great result.
