The firepit I wanted could not be found in the store. This model is a bit "fancier" than the one I was looking for. This was the last round fire table and on display. It was discounted $200 and they gave me another $ 50 off...and they put it in my truck! It fits perfect in my gazebo and I can use it as a table also. I love the clear glass rocks that it came with! The only negative is that the ignition knob was installed in the back but it was an easy fix. I can't wait to use it when it cools off outside.

We’ve had trouble ever since we took it out of the box. In the beginning the fire would be out of control. Now the fire lights and within 1 minute it shuts down. Never had so many issues with a fire pit before. We wish we never purchased it

I find lighting it to be a little harder than I'd like, though I understand it is probably a trade off in safety features. Looks great, works well while running.

So far so good we’ve used it once. The only thing was that it had a missing piece so we had to go back to the store

Good firepit, yet unfortunately the single strike self-sparking ignition doesn't always regularly light propane, therefore sometimes requiring an external ignition source.

Not bad I wish it was bigger on top and they had other color choices

Out of stock of the one I wanted, so the store team price matched this one to accommodate me. It is still very nice and it works great. I am pleased.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this fire pit, I just love the size and look of it! The first time was about 4 years ago and purchased another one about a month ago. Great quality!

purchased 3 weeks ago and had covered. Used for first time over weekend and discovered top layer of table delaminated from frame. Contacted support for help. They were very friendly and handled my concern professionally and quickly. New part was ordered. Waiting for part to arrive.

Don’t waste your money! Bought this item for 250 a few years ago And got maybe a year out of it.Now the starter is shot and need to buy a new starter for $100 and so the work myself to get it working again ! I would never buy this brand again. So unfair that they even still have this tie for sale !! Buyer be ware

The store never assembled it despite many reminders. Service very unhelpful

Very poor quality for the price of the product. Lots of scratch marks and inconsistent paint markings.

Warning to future buyers… read all the comments from other buyers. This looks beautiful so we bought it! Top is warped. Inferior product returning for refund!

Used this product 3 times, before it stopped igniting. No click, no spark. I am sure there is a "fix" with the ignition contraption, but after 3 uses? Stay Away

My wife purchased this for our home. We enjoyed the look of the piece, it has a great color and seemed to work well. Two weeks after assembly, we noticed the table top start to warp upwards. We didn't have it in the sun, it was kept in the shade under our patio the whole time. The welds were cracking, the good thing is we called the Hampton Bay number it asks that you call if there is any issues with it prior to taking it back to HD. They sent out another table top and we recieved it 4 days later, you can see the difference in the welds right away. We really enjoy sitting out there with the fire going, just would have been nice to not deal with any issues at all. but it worked out for us..

This is our second of these with the other being 2+ years in action. Not only does the first look and perform great, you can't tell which has 2 years of use and which is right out of the box. Warm, attractive and reliable.

Looked nice but after using it the table part lifted on multiple sides. I wouldnt recommend buying this for 500$ for it to not look good after a couple uses

This fire pit looked and worked great at first and after a couple of weeks it warped and looks horrible! The entire top has bowed up. It looks like we’ve had it in the elements for years- which we haven’t at all! So disappointed.

We are enjoying our new fire pit however we did need to order a second bag of rocks. The bag that came with it was not enough

This firepit was exactly what we wanted. It was easy to assemble and looks great. My wife and I are very satisfied.
