They look amazing, the installation was a breeze - I watched the video and installed all three of them myself, and I connected all three to Alexa and that works great, too. The remotes are easy to use and I have had no issues. Best ceiling fans I have ever purchased.

We have Hampton Bay fans throughout our home and are very satisfied with their appearance and functionality.

Don't get me wrong, it's a fan that has various modes of speed and the lights come on, but I was slightly let down. First things first, it came with two busted light shades. I have not reached out to the manufacturer yet, and that's not their fault but it wasnt off to a good start. I checked Home Depots in store location to see if they may have some that fit, but they do not. Second, the instructions arent exactly intuitive and at this price you get what you pay for; this was the most aggravating piece of home furniture/appliance I have ever had to install in my home. Third, this fan is supposed to be able to be controlled by an app on your phone as an added feature. The fan control works, but the light does not. I would have rated this average if it worked.

Nice looking and quiet fan. It was pretty easy to install. I really like the smart features that allow me to control it with Alexa.

The low setting is faster than previous fans and create a draft that takes getting used to, otherwise we’re happy.

I used an 18" extension because the ceiling was 11ft. high which was perfect. The installation was not difficult and the WiFi and remote worked perfectly making controlling the fan easy. The LED lights are bright and dimmable so this is a big bonus. This new Alexa/Google control plus wireless remote is the best option for controlling any of their fan models so shop those first.

I've installed many ceiling fans over the years. The fan itself was very easy but the Smart wireless controller was very difficult to install. The wireless control is not built into the fan. It is a separate module which isn't so obvious when looking at the website. The power input wiring on the module is way too short to allow manipulating after connecting to household wiring to get it to slide into place at the top of the ceiling fan outlet box mount. I fought with it for 2 hours trying to find different ways to get it wired and then turned into place. Ultimately, I had to splice in additional wire lengths using the excess wiring coming out of the ceiling fan. This gave me extra room to manipulate the module to wire and then turn it into position. After that, the fan itself was very easily installed. The new fan blade connectors are nice since they just snap and lock into place. Getting the Bond app set up on my phone and paired to the system for Alexa was relatively easy too. Unless you are installing the fan with an extension rod, there is more than enough excess wire from the fan to add length to the control module. Just be sure to connect them well with a wire nut and electrical tape.

Perfect, exactly what I wanted.

I bought the fan with the remote control. They are arrived in different boxes, but it turned out that the remote control doesn't work. It took me several hours to figure out which part doesn't work. HomeDepot sends me to the manufacturer to solve this issue. The manufacturer doesn't respond. The installation would cost $100+. Think twice before buying.

This fan was exactly what I required to replace an older fan in a master bedroom. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and adding the remote control receiver to the unit was not too much of a challenge. I recommend this model to any DIYer looking for a newer fan!
