I just ordered this cabinet in place of another I returned because it was damaged. I then received another damaged cabinet. The production or handling of these items are terrible. A employee ans i both open it up to inspect in and there was the damage. I didnt have time to send it back and get another one.

      Twice I’ve purchased these online and both times they have arrived damaged. The first time it was 2 of 3, but the damage was minimal and I used them. The 2d time, both were badly damaged and I rejected both. It’s not worth the trouble to buy these online anymore. I will find them somewhere that I can examine them before paying so I don’t waste my time anymore. Apparently HD has no way to guarantee the safety of your product when it ships, so why waste the time?

      Finish on cabinets is flawed with noticeable dings, drip marks & indentations. One cabinet came with 2 shelves, the other came with one. Very, very poor quality control. Would have requested product exchange but did not open & inspect cabinets before handyman arrived to install. Thankfully the cabinets were for laundry room so not as awful as it would have been in kitchen. IMO these are utility cabinets & not suitable for kitchen use as quality is average at best. Would be helpful to consumer if cabinets came with suggested mounting instructions but nothing in box except instructions for adjusting hinges. These cabinets must be mounted to stud using stringers & fairly substantial screws as well as washer for screws that go from inside of cabinet to stringer. It’s no surprise that other reviewers have reported cabinets falling off wall if there are no instructions or mounting guidelines. Overall the cabinets serve the purpose but definitely HD needs to focus on quality control as consumers should not have to pay full asking price for such an inferior product & then just have to live with it. Not right or good business practice.

      2 cabinet doors were damaged (scratched and dinged). One Replacement was also scratched but kept it as cabinets are in a laundry room not viewable to all. When going to mount the cabinets, wife noticed that the back of cabinet was badly cracked (+18 “ hairline crack) but the work to mount the cabinet and the time to wait for a replacement was not worth it. Customer service credited 20% which was satisfactory. Quality of these cabinets should be primarily for garage, storage, or laundry room—definitely not main kitchen or bath cabinets.
