Crap cabinet
The cabinet was cracked upon areival. We thought that since the crack was inside, it wouldn’t be a big deal. We put it up, same as the rest of our cabinets. Big mistake. About a week ago, I noticed it was leaning forward. The back that was screwed to the wall in studs detached from the cabinet walls. Today, it completely fell off the wall, narrowly missing me. The entire back of the cabinet is still attached to the wall. The craziest part? The cabinet was empty.

    Cabinets are ok. Particle board….
    Cabinets are okay look great but very easy to scruff paint and backing is particle board and not MDF. Every Hampton bay cabinet I had delivered outside the 36*36 in ones were damaged in delivery. Due to the store not having them in stock had to have them delivered. Currently have 3 cabinets I need to return to store due to the inept ability of delivery folks

      Disappointing Quality for the Price
      I expected much better quality from Home Depot and the price I paid. The paint finish is 4-stars but the assembly quality is only 2-stars. They are slightly out of square, security of the front and sides vary from unit to unit, and the door gaps vary greatly. I am using these in my garage, but nevertheless, very disappointed in the product / price ratio.

                Edges super rough, cabinet odor
                Ordered 2 cabinets and 2 filler pieces. They were well packaged for shipping and arrived in great condition. Fill pieces matched cabinet finish well. Unfortunately, those were only good points. One cabinet came with longer screws for hinges and other came with short ones. It has a shaker finish and the edges were either not sanded after cutting or poorly done. When I wipe down the cabinets it tears the dust cloth. Don’t even try a paper towel or it’s confetti And they smell! Whenever I walk into the laundry room it smells like a hamster cage. I’ve run the fan, aired out the room - no luck. Order process easy, pick up at store easy. Wouldn’t order these again

                    Great for a quick update!
                    Although the cabinets ARE on the 'cheaper' side when it comes to their construction, they are pretty well built and easy to install. Yes they are made out of particle board, but the doors are a solid and easy to clean. We used the Hampton Bay series to update our kitchen, and installed the W30x15x12 as a bench seat for our entry. We love the function and extra storage!

                      We did our laundry/mud room with these cabinets. They look okay if you don't inspect them too closely, but the quality is terrible. The staples are sticking out with several staples jammed on top of one another, there was dried adhesive from the manufacturing process splattered on the fronts of the doors. They're made out of cheap particle board and are not packaged well. All of the doors rub the frames when you open them. It is impossible to adjust the doors to line up with one another, because the screw holes for the hinges are a mess (extremely crooked, not placed consistently, barely visible through the opening in the hinge). The paper coating on the inside of the cabinets was peeling. The matching crown molding that we received (not yet installed) is horribly warped.
