Was very disappointed in it. Called the Manufacture to see if I could make the volume louder since I am hard of hearing. They tried to set me up with a electriction when I wanted a yes or no answer on volume control. The packaging indicates volume control!

Works as expected. After installing transformer, wiring and video doorbell everything works as expected.

Really easy to install, and the silvery/burnished color goes great with any decor.

I just wanted this to have multiple volume setting, high, medium and low.

I must return this item because the existing bell works. The problem was no to the door bell but the security system. Sorry.
