Overall pleased - it’s a quality product - the install guys did a great job. Disappointed that it’s not painted - for that much money it should be - didn’t realize that it wasn’t when I ordered it.

Do not pay for install. They do terrible work. The guy who is installing mine comes for an hour a day. A week later still not done.

Meridian/Backyard Products is the worst company to deal with. Lots of empty promises. They don't follow through. I bought the shed. Back 3 months ago, the website picture shows 56" door opening. When the shed was constructed, it was 48" door opening. I have 42" tractor mower, the cutting deck is slightly over 48" It does not fit the shed 48" door opening. I contacted the company, they assured that they will come and replace the door. 2 months later, it was not done despite so many calls.

I understand there have been supply issues. That doesn't excuse calling after the scheduled date to set up a new date. The shed is fine. I just need to get someone here to finish painting the window..

The manager was really super with explanations on the process and the arrival date. The company worked very well with me to insure that all went well. The team showed up earlier than they said and was done by the time they were scheduled to arrive. The job site was cleaned up spotlessly and professionally. Couldn't be happier with the entire project.

Doors large enough for rider to go through. Elevated from the ground to prevent vermins and water damage. Roof and windows are functional. Came with two shelves. Overall it’s a great buy and would definitely endorse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this shed last year. It became a fun project for my son and I and was completed in about 32 hours of full time work. Instructions were clear and supplies provided were of good quality, although we purchased higher grade screws. Easy to build and it withstood the winter with no issues at all. I would highly recommend this shed.

This shed is well made and fairly easy to install. The are only a few things that could be improved. 1. The part marking is not great, a lot of parts had no marks and the ones that did were not legible. Added time tot he build having to measure to verify correct part. 2. The instruction you can download on line are not the same instructions you receive with the kit 3. The instructions to have some errors, one example is the door top trim is listed in the manual as being 68" long but it is actually 55" long. 4. The instructions that come with the kit have an option to place the door on the sidewall. Great option but if you put the door on the gable end the 2 sidewalls are not constructed the same and the instructions don't really show how to build the second sidewall when the door is not placed there. Took some figuring out to get the right pieces but not too bad. 5. The gable assembly could be a little more clear, it was hard to determine how the gable overhang and trim were to go together. A simple section view through the gable would have cleared it up. 6. If you get the floor system, the instructions and parts supplied are 3" nails to secure the walls to the floor framing. I swapped these out for 3" screws. Better option in my opinion. 7. The pre-cut openings for the vents in the gable are too large. It is almost impossible to get all for screws to hit the siding material. I had to add material to the back side of the openings and get longer screws so that there was something to screw into. All these issues are pretty minor and everything was supplied to complete the shed, no part shortages. Good looking shed and it should last a very long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this shed about 8-9 months ago. Very well constructed out of good materials. My shed came primed in tan, not painted. Paint stuck well in a single coat, and has held up in the elements through almost a year of SC weather. Plenty of room for storing my lawn mower, tools, wheel barrow, small work bench, etc.

I had this built in my backyard and am very happy with it. The builder worked alone and was very efficient and talented.

When we originally purchased this item, it was not listed as to build on our own. We had to have Home Depot or in our case, Home Depot subcontracted this out. All I can say is I could have put this together much better than it was. The shingles were uneven and left open gaps near the edge of the roof. Nails were not hammered all the way in, and multiple nails missed their target completely. Even further, there were multiple gaps between walls, beams, and the floor. It took two days for the installers to build it and then, they did not install the window that was left in the box. My son and wife ended up measuring and cutting a hole in the wall and installing the window. Granted, I know the product should be good, but really disappointed in the construction, especially with the amount of money I was spending.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a shed I've actually purchased twice. For the price it is the best out there in my opinion. As an 8x10 though, I'm not a fan that the longest pieces are only 8 ft and you have to splice the last 2 feet, so some feedback I have is that they should allow you to select to purchase 10 foot pieces to eliminate the unnecessary splicing.

The framing was completely off, nails were sticking out everywhere and the materials were cheap!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product to replace a plastic shed because it was begging to warp from heat. Here in Las Vegas, it gets hot. The only thing I added was insulation to keep it cooler. I also replaced the base with treated runner to resist rotting.

Poor cuts required me to fix and buy additional materials. Locking mechanism on passive door is poor. I had to buy another lock to adequately secure the unit. A few nails and screws were left on the driveway after clean up. Cigarette butts we’re left on the driveway after clean up.
