[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the shed on the 4th of July, they asked when it would be good to install it and we set a date. Got a call during work and they had a cancellation and asked if they could install it earlier. I wasn’t home but the contractor called and asked where I wanted it. I told him to call me if he has any questions. Did a wonderful job and didn’t leave a mess!

My review will mimic most of the others. This is the poorest quality shed ever. 2x3 framing 25 to 30 inches apart. 50% of the nails missed the framing and are just waiting to poke someone. Under the floor of a 10 X 10 shed sets 2 4X4’s (Already warping from the weight) with 4 vertical 2X4’s across to support the partical board floor panels. This shed is 1 day old and I am beside myself. $2100 for something I could have built for less then $1000.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received when promised, The guy that installed it, was very fast and efficient. It feels sturdy. It was a good size for my needs, 10x10. I painted the shed to match the house color, and caulked all gaps as recommended and replaced the hasp to a heavy duty one. Overall I am happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this shed from a local big box hardware store. If they would have had a display model, I may not have purchased it. The shed had no vents or corner boards which I had to add. The framing was 2 x 3's rather than 2 x 4's. A very light duty shed!

As another reviewer said, He wished that Home Depot had a building on display, I feel the same. I would not have purchased this. The fit and finish are inferior. The framing is 2x3 and the roof sags. My building did not come with corner trim molding. The soffit molding was only 8' long however the soffit is 10' long. The builder had to put in a 2' filler piece. This morning I went to Home Depot and purchased wood for the corner and soffit molding. I did the repair work myself, another $60 out of pocket plus my time. The building is not square. This was supposed to be a professional installation. The pictures posted were taken after the repairs were made. I would not recommend it.

I purchased this shed in the early spring of 2024. The installer showed up promptly and did a fantastic job. Not only were they courteous but they worked fast and they did a fantastic job building the structure. The one-person team made sure every detail was level, plumb, and square. The materials were of good quality too; studs had minor / non-existent warping and knots. I would recommend this shed to anyone.

I read a lot of reviews before I bought this and it was exactly as the reviews described. The pieces did not exactly fit together so there were a few small holes, that I filled with caulk. There is a gap where the doors meet that would theoretically allow water to come in the front if water was spraying directly at the shed. However, I knew this before I bought it so I love the shed just how it is. When it rained, my stuff did not get wet and my installer was 10 out of 10. Would buy again!

I bought this shed with "professional" installation. The shed I received did not have any of the trim primed like all the photos show. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and wouldn't recommend this product or recommend the professional installation. The professional installer they used was Backyard Products. Large gaps they tried to fill with caulk. Some walls nowhere near square. I should have just built it myself.

Installers showed up 2 days late. Red splatters of paint on outside. Inside boards are all broken and split. Nails all threw the roof. Screws that split wood only halfway screwed down. Whole missing spots with large gaps in wood. No options for fixing only a return.

Doors don’t close 2’ gap where rain can enter. Floors cut improperly. Large Crack in the Roof all the way through to the inside. No Caulking I was told to do it myself. Installer unprofessional. Not what I expected for the price I paid. Numerous Photos could only display 1 of them. This already VOIDS my Warranty. Unacceptable

Home Depot needs to have one of these on display so that the customer can see the poor quality of this shed. They make it look great in the pictures but, it’s from what you see here. Not only do I think it’s of very poor quality but, the installer for Princeton told me directly that he “feels so bad about installing these for customers because they are garbage.” His exact words…after it was installed of course. I’ll go this weekend and spend about $400 more to make it half descent. 👎👎👎

I ordered my shed on a Sunday night and it was installed two days later. I wasn’t expecting it until two months later as stated by the website. The installer called the morning of, then came and worked nonstop until the shed was complete. He started st 830 and was pulling out my drive by 1245. He did a great job. He told me where to caulk and to make sure I painted it.

Pros: I like the style and appearance of the shed. Door hinges seem very strong. Roof seems very solid. Cons: Images included Ordered a gray shed with Driftwood shingles (gray). Brown shingles installed. Lock installed incorrectly (screws exposed). 10 to 20 nails missed studs. One stud had zero nails in it. Gaps in corners. Installer left without telling me he was done. No walkthrough or viewing of finished product.

Paid to have shed built the shed is not square, roof sags in the middle, left side of roof is way off and looks terrible, and gaps in rafters if your not building yourself try to hire your own builder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shed fit our needs and although our initial order was cancelled (never got an answer as to why) when the shed did get to the store we didn't have any problems. Keep in mind there are a lot of extras to purchase; floor, paint, shingles etc. There are more expensive kits that contain more items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good shed for the price. I had to wait 2-3 months between purchase and installation. Contractors knew what they were doing. Not a heavy duty shed by any means but it does the job. I added my own vinyl siding per HOA rules.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our knew Handy Home shed. They have great features and are well built. The install was very fast, about 6 hours and the installer did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this shed to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this shed over a year ago. I couldn't have a pre-built shed delivered because a vehicle would have to drive over my leechfield. I was so happy they stick built it in spot! They even built it in early January. I only had to mark out the corners of where I wanted it and they came and built it while I was at work! So easy and convenient! The shed is really sturdy, plenty of space inside and the double doors are great! It comes preprinted. So far I have not painted it yet and everything is still 100% perfect. I couldn't be happier with it!

I’ve had it for a few months now and am very happy with it, especially the window which like the entire shed was installed very well, and I now have it set up with shelves and a work table and electricity and as well as a storage space I enjoy spending time there. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I saw this at Home Depot for $820 I thought it couldn't be true. All other sheds, even ones that you have to build yourself, were at least double or more. Fortunately at the time I had a 10% coupon from Home Depot so it was a no brainer at that point, I even got two small windows from Handy Home products as well that paired nicely. The downside to this was that it took 3 months for me to receive my shed and it was supposed to arrive in 3 weeks. Now I realize there was a pandemic, but I felt someone dropped the ball, either Home Depot or Handy Home or somewhere in between, and didn't actually place the initial order. That being said, both Home Depot and Handy Home picked up that dropped ball and accommodated the delivery process and actually delivered it to my house free of charge so that was cool. I even got a credit for 4 missing 2 x 4's. All in all, I rated this 4 stars mainly for price because the price of lumber had skyrocketed and the delivery of the shed. I do wish this was a 2 x 4 shed and not 2 x 3, but I knew that before purchasing so that's not a fault of the product. Honestly if I were to do it all over again, I would have just bought all the lumber myself and built from scratch. I say that because as I purchased this, I knew in my head I wanted to make it 4' longer, so a 10 x 14. So I wound up buying additional materials anyways not only to make it longer but to fortify this shed and make it super sturdy and solid built. If you're looking for a pretty decent and nice DIY shed, I would say you can't beat the price at all, not even close. I work in construction so this was easy for me to make it more of the way I wanted it, but even if you're a novice, you can build this shed because the included instructions are very thorough and easy to read. If there was any other downside, I would say that some of the measurements and cuts could have been better, especially coming from inside a factory where these are packaged together. There's an old saying in the carpentry business, measure twice and cut once. I have attached a few pictures of my final built shed and I used premium products to finish it off including matching architectural shingles exactly what is on my house and aftermarket hardware. It was delivered and installed in the time they said it would be delivered. My father in law painted it and it looks great! I highly recommend handy home shed’s to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive purchase!

Ordered April 02, installed July 7th after 4 rescheduled dates The Installation: 1) Installer notified me the day before the installation and showed up on time. (Excellent) 2) Installer was extremely knowledgeable and worked efficiently (Excellent) 3) Quality of work: Poor. Why? Nails missed, bent, not corrected, no caulking on ridge roof nails, which will leak, left all the trash that I was told he was taking. I asked about it and he said he has no way to get rid of it. Unacceptable, as I now have to get rid of it. 4) Final Inspection - Installer was in a hurry to leave and never did a final walk through as I met him in the driveway before he left. Probably because he knew he did a lousy job. 5) Quality of materials - cheapest on the market 6) Construction of shed - Built to reduce as much cost as possible, which I’m impressed it actually stands on its own. That said, jury is still out how it withstands a severe thunderstorm or blizzard. The metal shed I had seem more sturdy than this. Floor is flimsy. 7) No trim and now I have unprimed, cracked, 2x3 rough lumber that I need to caulk, paint, flash, etc to make it look presentable Bottom line, the shed is a disappointment and now I’ll have to reinforce it by adding supports to the walls, floor, etc. Attached are pic of the shed as I’m sure the installer just provided a distance shot to show its onsite
