I just finished up a repair session with Adam K. at Harvest Right. I was impressed with his excellent service skills. I followed all of his instructions to reboot my machine, but the problem persisted. Adam organized a video call and was able to pinpoint an error and walked me through fixing it. I plugged the drive back in and the original fix worked like a charm! Harvest Right rocks!

it is the best investment a prepper can make Would Recommend just bought 2 medium freeze dryers - my first batch was scrambled eggs - i could'nt be happier - watching lots of youtube episodes on how to use this machine - will be trying all kinds of foods - best money i have ever spent - i would highly recommend this machine to everyone - easy setup- have it in my kitchen - will be using it every day - with the price of groceries today you can eat tommorow for todays prices - to be able to store food for 25 years is a wise plan - with a garden you can do a lot of freeze drying cheap

I was having problems with the freeze drier not completing its cycle. My wife and I did troubleshooting and nothing seemed to work. Then I called HarvesRight customer service. Arlette with HarvesRight emailed me back the next day and set up a time when we could talk. She called me, as scheduled, and we reviewed the problems. Turns out it was a software problem. Arlette walked me through how to update the software. The freeze drier worked perfectly after that. She also followed up a call a couple of days later to see how everything was going. We have run 2 full batches of fruit and it’s working perfectly. I’m very thankful for a company who stands by their product! Thanks Arlette and HarvesRight.

We are so pleased with the freeze dryer! Absolutely love it and highly recommend it to everyone! It’s super easy to use and the support system is amazing! We basically freeze dry everything! It’s fast and works amazing!

I have owned my Harvest Right for 3 years. Recently, my machine had a problem with the vacuum freeze function. The tech support at Harvest Right spent hours and many phone calls and FaceTime calls with expert and patient help to guide me through repairing my machine. Eventually, I could not do it myself, so I sent my machine in for repairs, and Harvest Right guided me through the whole shipping process. I now have my machine back, and it's running as good as ever.

I ordered the medium pro freeze dryer and absolutely love it, customer support was amazing when I had questions! I definitely would recommend harvest right to friends and family!

Buyer beware they units are finicky there is a lot of issues and matenence to get these machines to function right. One should do some research before jumping in on the FD craze.

About a month ago we purchased a HR FD.. LOVE IT!! Best investment we made. We have FD candy, vegetables and starting to FD meals. HR has the best CS, very informative on their products. Easy set up and easy to use. Their guide booklet explains with great pictures to see exact how to. My Grand Daughter (8 yr old) can work it!! Highly Recommend!!

I have waited for about three years to get one and I am so exited to see how much this changes the game for food preservation for my homestead. Not really having to worry about the nutrient depletion in processing with canning as well as the cost of jars and power it gives me the ability to shelf stable store food, also preserve my harvest and keep food longer and fresher. Customer service was great and helpful and I can’t wait to see how this changes everything !

We have had our Harvest Right medium freeze dryer for almost two years, and we are impressed with it every time we use it. The technology and quality of this unit is very impressive. We eat the most delicious food whenever we go camping now! The customer service at Harvest Right is also top notch. We have only had one issue and they were very prompt at helping us resolve it. I am absolutely new at this and purchased my med. harvest right freeze dryer about a week ago. Initially had a door latch that didn’t close tight enough. Called Harvest Right and got great help from them. Resolved my issue very easily. I’ve run 4 batches and all successful. I’m going to love this machine!!!

PRO: Large capacity. Works well. Instructions are reasonably easy to follow. Have run many batches - have not had to change the oil yet :). Learning a lot!!! Glad I purchased this unit. CON: My 2 units both came with very sharp edges on the tray holder. I had to file/ sand them to keep from cutting myself every time I tried to clean it. Sealer unit included would not properly seal the mylar bags - bags kept coming open. Mfg. is shipping new sealers - will update once I try them out.

When its working I love it! I have had issues when the software needs updating. And the harvest right team has been helpful in that process. I hope Harvest Right incorporates WIFI connection in their upcoming machine as this would potentially insure that the machine is running on the most current software update.

I purchased my HARVEST RIGHT Freeze Dryer (FD) in March 2022. Since then I have FDed vegetables, fruit, whole raw milk, homemade bone broth, cheeses, soups, herbs, medicinal plants, meats, eggs, and meals. FDing is a GAME CHANGER. It is easier and quicker than canning. And FD food is delicious. My experience with HR service is stellar. So helpful! There are many reasons to invest in a Harvest Right FD. You won’t be disappointed.

I've wanted one for a long time. I finally got a medium pro. Other than sitting for the 1st day per instructions. It's ran non stop. Kids love the candy. I like the fruit and meal prep. I'm already looking for a space for a XL one. Customer service has been awesome also

We were not sure what we were getting into with a freeze dryer, but it has turned into a really fun and valuable hobby. My husband’s main goal was long-term food storage and mine has been making healthy snacks for our family (mostly dried fruits and veggies). We occasionally do candy and sweets to share with others or give as gifts. Our machine pretty much runs all the time! We haven’t needed customer support yet, but everything I have heard about them is extremely positive.

Since receiving my Medium HR in January, I've freeze dried hundreds of pounds of produce. It's great for when you find a great deal/sale. I have totes of FD produce & can grab a bag for a road trip or a gift any time! It's easy to store the FD food in mylar bags or jars.... if the kids don't eat it all 😂. I've even used FD food to make powders that I can add to homemade yogurt, sourdough, etc. This is a very worthwhile investment. I highly recommend this product!

With the way things are going with the economy and food prices we wanted to do our part in preserving our future. We started a garden a few years ago, and it has taken a some trial and error, but are making progress. I've learned to can, dehydrate and now freeze dry our food we find good deals on. There are only two of us, but we share with our family! I love my medium 5 tray freeze dryer from Harvest Right. Hubby got me one for Christmas! It has been so fun learning!

I bought my Harvest Right last year, and have been freeze drying all kinds of vegetables, fruits, herbs, meal components, and full meals! I love that when we have a busy day or are feeling under the weather, we just grab a couple of bags out of the pantry and either snack out of the bag or add hot water and that's dinner! I can make a week's worth of meals in one shot, bag it up, add an oxygen absorber, and seal the deal for a later date! And everyone loves the candy too!

Have had for months. Excellent machine! Currently doing a full load of milk. If you follow the directions, and take your time, you won't regret it.

It took awhile to pull the trigger on finally getting a Freeze dryer but I’m so happy I finally did, it’s 100% worth the investment! Freeze drying my own fresh spices and any extra veggies we have so they don’t go bad. Were going to freeze dry our surplus of eggs in the summer so we don’t have to buy in the winter! It’s amazing! Machine is quieter than I expected it to be and the electric bill wasn’t near as high as I thought that would be either! 10/10!!

I love my Harvest Right freeze dryer! Freeze dried candy and ice cream are always a party favorite! Plus it's perfect for saving fruits and veges that are starting to get a little overdue. I've reached out to customer support 2 times now and both times they have been so responsive and helpful! Pro tip: Need a table for your small freeze dryer? The Ikea Tingby (50cm x 50cm) is a perfect fit and it has wheels!

Interface is intuitive and documentation is ok but has room for improvement. There are social media groups and videos with lots of good info. My impression is that in recent years a lot of improvements have been made. It's heavy, so put it somewhere where you won’t have to move it or on a utility cart. It generates some heat and makes some noise. You probably wouldn’t want to sleep or watch a movie in the same room as it. Maybe a bit quieter than a typical vacuum cleaner.

Day 3 of owning and day 2 of production and this is the most user friendly machine anyone can ask for!
