I have owned my freeze dryer for a couple of months and have done several batches. I am amazed at the ease of the whole process. Some batches I have froze ahead and others just straight in. There is very little clean up. I have called customer service at Harvest Right and they are quick and kind! I am excited to be able to preserve good deal buys and left over food in a way that holds the quality!

We have had our Harvest Right Freeze for over 4 years now. We love it. We hike and have huge gardens so it is nice to be able to store our produce and making hiking meals at home for the trail. All interactions we have had with customer services have been top notch. I highly recommend Harvest Right.

We love our Harvest Right Freeze dryer. We have the med size model. We wish we had gone with the larger model due to the love and enjoyment of freeze drying. Anytime we have had a question customer service has been kind, patient with us and gone out of their way to help.

We use our freeze dryer for our eggs! We have had it for a year then one day it wouldn't get a suction seal. We didn't know what was wrong, we called customer service. they set us up with a phone tech, within less than 24 hours the tech helped me trouble shoot. He discovered what was wrong in less than 10 minutes. It was the rubber casket around the door. It needed to be pulled out and then pushed back in with the door to get a tight seal. The tech was friendly and efficient. So HAPPY!!

We own Harvest Right Scientific model for the past 3 years and it worked pretty well until about 2 months back, we faced issues in terms of the lyophilization cycle not being completed, screen getting frozen, and unable to retrieve the log files. The ticket was quickly escalated to the senior technician, Jon who then facilitated the entire repair process for us. From offering free shipping for the module repair to being readily available to troubleshoot, he was quite helpful.

I am enjoying this extension of food preservation. I had a few questions and the HR rep responded very quickly. 5/5 stars!

We love all the different things that we can freeze dry with it! Have done candy for the kids, freeze dried fruits and vegetables also have done vegetables to turn into powder a seasonings. Love experimenting with different things and taste. Haven’t had any issues with it and feel like if I did I could call customer service and have it resolved. Love that it comes with a one year warranty too.

They were real good fixing my freeze dyer got it back and a good manner at time Tyler was awesome he kept in touch with me new told me what was going on with i when they were fixing it and when it was on my way to me.

I purchased my freeze dryer on 5 July 2024 and installed it on 7 July. There was a gap between the door and gasket from 12 o'clock to 4 o'clock. I called customer support on 8 July and representatives Shane and Brad helped to resolve the issue and the machine is working properly and fine now.

Buyer beware! Everyone who has left a positive review was offered freebies by Harvest Right, including me. These machines suck! Rey have so many issues and the customer service is a joke.

First back in the freeze dryer - cannot wait. So Excited. Trying my first batch of homemade spaghetti Sause and a try of jalapenos.

After a short misunderstanding of phone numbers, customer support was very helpful, they remedied by exchanging hoses. This took 2 days for shipping the replacement hose. I have now successfully processed fresh lemons and limes and am currently running a batch of avocados and zucchini.I’m excited to continue preserving fresh and frozen foods. I also plan on freeze drying some of my canned fruits. I’m happy I finally got this medium freeze dryer! The best purchase ever!

After years of watching people use their HR freeze dryers on YouTube & IG I finally got one! The instructions are clear and it was fun to learn. We tested everything from chili, fruit, sous vide meats, to leftovers. It's been a hit with the family! Freeze drying herbs has been so easy! I'm amazed at the flavor in my dried basil, oregano, rosemary, sage, and even stevia and chamomile - so much better than store-bought! Thank you Harvest Right for making this accessible technology.

We have had our HarvestRight medium size for 6 months. Over 65 and counting freeze dries. Definitely recommend. We had 1 minor freezing issue recently. Jon at HarvestRight was able to troubleshoot with me over the phone to resolve this in a very timely fashion

As a freeze dried business, we have four Harvest Right Machines, three XL's and one Medium. These machines are workhorses that ensure we're able to keep up with demand. We have needed to contact service a couple of times and my concerns have been addressed expediently each time! Cant wait to add a 5th!

I received my freeze dryer about a month ago and it has been running almost non stop. I absolutely love how user friendly it is; so far we’ve done a variety of meals and food types. My only complaint is that I didn’t get it sooner and that I didn’t get a bigger one! Definitely one of my favorite purchases, I look forward to using it every time!

I really love my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer! You are able to preserve most anything! I’m getting ready to freeze dry two gallons of milk. They were gifted to me and we aren’t able to drink that much milk so I’m freeze drying to prevent waste!

My freeze dryer arrived very quickly and in good shape. I noticed that the lid for my filter jug was broken and I contacted customer care immediately they told me they were sending a new jug! I called again to ask about the door seal and was on hold for not even a minute! So far there has been great customer care!

We love using our freeze dryer. We enjoy gardening and we used to do canning but the freeze dryer make the preservation so much easier. We not only save the fruits, vegetables, and herbs, but also our duck eggs, meats and meals. Definitely recommend Harvest Right freeze dryers.

I first had an issue with a defective pump. Customer support was very helpful, they remedied by exchanging pumps. This took 2 weeks for shipping back the old and to receive the new pump. I have now successfully processed fresh strawberries, blueberries, grapes and raw milk from my goats. I’m excited to continue preserving fresh foods without the need of refrigeration or a pressure canner (which was going to be my option for preserving food but not a good option for milk).

I bought a large freeze dry machine recently. I freeze dried many vegetables and fruits and soon some meat. I had questions referring to the machine and the customer service has been excellent. They were very helpful, courteous and friendly staff.

I love my medium Freeze dryer! My whole process from beginning to end of receiving the dryer at my door was flawless! Customer service was fantastic in assisting my trouble with my mistake on getting the correct pump type and sent screenshots of step by step. I love them!

I have enjoyed my freeze dryer and so far it has been very easy to use! I’ve used it for beet chips! Yum! I’ve fixed fruit (banana, strawberry, and apple) slices for a yummy snack. So good! The potatoes were another hit!! My husband loves fried potatoes. After freeze drying them, I rehydrated and fried them with some onions. This whole process from start to finish has been a good one. The only thing I might mention and hopefully it’ll help others in the future is the written instructions didn’t specify to plug in the pump into the back of the freeze dryer. If it did then my husband missed it and I apologize for making a comment on it. I think I saw it on an instructional video, but unfortunately my husband doesn’t like to watch videos if he can get out of it. All in all, we are gonna be able to save a lot on our grocery bill by freeze drying a lot of our garden goodies. We really like the Premium Oil Pump!! It’s fairly quiet when it is running and I like the ability to be able to see the oil level and keep track of the color. This will be helpful for oil change. I also really like how the unit can be cleaned inside since the tray rack can be removed. So easy to clean. I had questions about the way things were on the unit and called the customer service. They were so nice and helpful explaining things to me. We recommend this Harvest Right Freeze Dryer! Oh yeah!! The sealer that comes with the Harvest Right Freezer is awesome! Works great and is easy to use as well!! I just want to mention too that the pans are great and especially if you get the lids and the silicone mats. The lids make stacking in the freezer a breeze!! Highly recommend lids. I used parchment paper when I did the potatoes because I wanted to pre bake them before I froze them and I wasn’t sure the mats were oven safe. I need to find that out. Over all we are very satisfied with this product and would buy it again!

After owning the Harvest Right Freeze Dryer for 4 month I don’t think I could ever do without one again. We live on a farm so preserving what we produce is a priority .This freeze dryer is very User Friendly and has been a game changer when it comes to long term food storage! Not only freeing up room in my freezer and pantry but also preserving over 90% of the Nutritional Value !

This appliance is something to consider if you want to prep your own emergency food supply.It will saves you money down the road . There is a lot of different varieties of meals and healthy snacks you can freeze dry and use if you go camping or in case of emergency. And possibilities are endless. Our favorite so far strawberries and pineapples. If you will get it , you will not be disappointed.

Although I received product with a technical issue, customer technical support was great to with with restoring full functionality. I’ve processed everything from fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, as well as candy, I’m guessing the machine has already paid for itself.

We received this item in mid May and had issues with achieving vacuum under 2500mTorr. After troubleshooting some on my own, I noticed one side of the hose between the vacuum pump and the freeze dryer unit was missing an o-ring. I called their support team which happens to be in Utah (not India) and one of their Dead on Arrival (DOA) supervisors gave me a call and sent me a new hose. Been using it non-stop since!
