An exceptionally sharp and durable 8" forged Chef knife, made in Spain. It is so sharp for a variety of daily cutting tasks, perfect slicing and chopping. This Classic knife will cut large meat, poultry, vegetables, fruits, and herbs. It is manufacture with high-quality German stainless steel. A versatile knife!!!

This is a good size if you do not feel comfortable with a larger chef knife. It is easy to hold and maneuver, so slicing, dicing and cutting are a breeze. German steel and made in Spain, this knife is sharp and durable. Love the wider blade profile as well and I use as a bench scraper.

This unique collaboration cook's knife is akin to regular chef's knives. It is a great weight and balances out really well; has an ergonomic handle for a comfortable grip; and the steel blade is durable and ensures long-lasting sharpness.

Classic Chris Kimball 7” Cook’s knife: This a great cook’s knife created in conjunction with Chris Kimball. The Classic is a great and durable knife collection, the forged high carbon stainless steel holds up really well, very durable and not prone to tarnishing. I like the shape of the cooks knife, it’s like a hybrid between a santoku and chef blade shape. The blade has a bit of a curvature to it, great for rocking the blade like a chef knife, but also can be great if you want to chop with it like a santoku. A really great starter all purpose knife, definitely a knife you can always use in your kitchen.

The quality of this knife shouldn't be a question. High quality German steel and made in Spain in Zwilling factories. The shape and the size are a bit of a head scratcher. A cross between a traditional chef's and a santoku, it has width and stability and is an excellent chopping knife. Te arc of the blade is relatively gentle, facilitating a long rocking stroke which can be good for things like basil. The integrated bolster is a nice transition between blade and handle, and the triple riveted slightly sculpted handle fits a wide range of hands.

This knife is made from German Steel and designed by Christopher Kimball. He knows what works in a knife design - you can turn this one over (blade edge up) and use it as a food scrapper, no interrupting your work with this knife.

Like that this Forged Cook's Knife was designed Chris Kimball (I'm a fan). Perfect size for everyday use. Also glad it's German Steel.

I have several Henckels knives - this one is so smooth and a really good hand fit
