Unfortunately this product wasn’t sold at any of my local stores, so I had to order an entire box to see if it looked good in person. The floor looked good so I ordered 11 boxes for our bedroom. The flooring shipped to me on a pallet and proceeded to install a week later. The description says random length; however out of the 11 boxes I had there were only 3 planks that had the tongue and groove that weren’t the normal length. That wasn’t important to me so not a big deal. Installation was about average difficulty. I’ve installed other click flooring, this wasn’t difficult but wasn’t the easiest, about average on the install. The floor looks great after it’s all installed; the boards have good character and variation between the planks (but not too much.)

Product is very good unfortunately the handling of the item from warehouse to delivery was less than stellar. You could see by the condition of the packaging that concern for the condition of the enclosed product was not of great concern which always makes me skeptical about ordering online.

Excellent product, installation was easy. Floor looks great, time will tell on durability.

We installed this flooring ourselves, 3rd or 4th wood floor I have installed. It went in well. A few of the joints were a little tight but you just tap them into place with block of wood and a hammer. Looks great and after a month installed no signs of being easily scratched.

Very few damaged planks out of 20 boxes.The top finish is excellent and has minimal color variations.The under side/click system leaves something to be desired.Lots of splinters and burrs that hamper installation.I found that trimming these and the end tabs helped.This is the 3rd floor we’ve done.

Love it. Great looking floor. Contractor said it went down great, Quality is good. Only 2 or 3 planks out of 1,000 sq ft had joint issues and those were used for short pieces. I was able to return a couple un-opened boxes from the extra 10% order practice.

Beautiful look and easier to install than other engineered floor from the other store and far far easier than “wood plank vinyl. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery and easy pick up at the store. Definitely recommend

I installed this product myself in our master bedroom approximately 7 months ago. First time installing this type of product - straightforward and turned out very well. My wife was deployed when I installed the flooring and she was extremely happy with the way it turned out, as was I. Only 3 pieces were un-usable, out of 10 cases purchased. So far it seems to be a durable product with no visible scratches or dents.

We bought 40 cases of this flooring. It's quite disappointing to be honest. Many planks are not straight, and many are off in terms of thickness from plank to plank.

Easy installation. Nice flooring. It has only been down a few weeks, so I cannot comment on durability
