This fire pit has a lot of negative reviews but we took a chance and bought this. It is heavy duty. Shipped by freight 150lbs. Assembly was simple. We put this together in about 45 minutes and seems to work perfectly. Only negative comment is that the wind glass just sits on the tabletop instead of fitting into the grate area. Someone else’s comments also noted this and called the company for additional clamps to secure the glass better so we did that too. They were extremely cooperative and are sending 4 additional clamps free of charge. So far, glad we took a chance with this fire pit table. Seems to be a perfect addition to our new patio furniture..

Very bummed. Product had minor flaws when it was assembled. Not too much of a big deal. But less than a month of it being outside, using the cover that came with it, it has rust spots all over!!!!

Easy assembly. The only problem was we only got 4 brackets for the glass and it didn’t hold well. I called the company and they sent me 4 more so it’s great now!!

Tried putting this fire pit together and the instructions don’t make sense, they tell you to use a screw with a wrench and then a screw when it’s supposed to be a bolt. Multiple grammatical errors. Frustrating to put together, drill holes not proportionate to bolts had to hammer it in. Would not recommend buying this fire pit unless you like a good headache.

Unlike previous reviews, this was very easy to assemble. Took us about 45 minutes. We did contact the manufacturer to get 4 additional clamps to make the glass more stable. They were very cooperative and sent us 4 more free of charge. This also came with a cover that was a great bonus. Would not hesitate to recommend this fire pit.

This fireplace started out really strong. The glass screen needs 8 brackets, but I wrote in to the manufacturer and they sent new ones. However, it has only been 6 months and the cover already has holes in it. And, the fire pit itself has started to rust already. I live in southern California and it has been a really dry year even for us. It doesn't look like this will make it a year.

It is really nice looking and works great, however it was a nightmare setting it up. The side door is still hanging off but we would have to disassemble the top so we just let it hang!

Easy to assemble with two people. Comes with little pebbles. We added cobalt blue fire glass for a very nice looking fire pit!

The glass sets on the table,no anchor, wind blew the glass off to the patio and broke three panels. Good thing it was not on.

Very happy with gas fire pit.

The glass enclosure did not fit, glass was cut too long on one long side. The door is very cheaply made, easily pops off, and does not properly close with a Rhino propane tank.

Returned this - yes I read the other reviews and assumed they did something wrong. They didn’t - the igniter worked once and then quit. The supposedly stainless steel burner rusted within two weeks. Yes it was covered and still rusted. Some parts missing others manufactured wrong so that the door to the tank area wouldn’t close. DO NOT BUY!

Horrible construction. Holes don’t line up, many issues. May return this. So disappointed. Design seemed to be perfect for out patio.

The first thing I noticed after uncrating it was the poor quality of powder coating on all steel parts. After assembling the frame and door, I found that the door end did not line up with the frame, the holes for the one side were drilled in the wrong place. Top grill piiece missing hardware that sits over burner. Glass windscreen will not stay together with hardware. Main burner very difficult to light with the push button igniter. Contaced the customer service for the fire pit and waited over a week for a response. Contacted again and was told to take it back to HD BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO PARTS! Im taking it back to Home Depot. It also started to rust in two weeks.

The ignator does not work correctly!

where do I put the battery - not in the instructions at all? I'm sure it has to do with the ignitor?

It is very nice. Assembly went together smoothly for the most part. Hardware did not match the instructions but it all worked out. I like the stones and the size of the pit. Unfortunately the wind glass did not fit but that doesn’t stop us from using it.

Easy enough to put together. Element won't stay lit. Defective with no response from customer service. Pieces that are supposed to hold the glass together do not resulting in broken pieces. So overall disappointed with no resolve.

wind screen is very flimsy

It is only a month old and is rusting already! Also, is not a very sturdy piece despite assembling correctly and fasteners being securely tightened!

Total garbage, home depot had the worst customer service i’ve experianced in my lifetime

We have an issue with the fire pit. I called the manufacturer, who were as rude as could be and wouldn't help me or let me talk to a supervisor. I will never buy their product again. I called Home Depot and spoke to a manager about it, who was very helpful. But, we are not pleased with the product.

Overall really nice addition to our patio. Assembly wasn’t too bad if you follow the instructions and do not tighten until the end. It was not clear how to install the battery in the electric starter. Just pull the starter knob off and battery goes behind it. I found I need to remove the wind screen to start it so air flows over the burners. Without removing the windscreen the unit doesn’t light and builds up gas within the windscreen. The windscreen only includes 4 corner supports. The glass pieces can move relative to each other. It feels like it should include 8 supports to add 4 more at the top.
