Home Decorators Collection 3 in. Quilted Gel Memory Foam Queen Mattress Topper, White is actually quite comfortable and has been a really good addition to our mattress, which we both still love. I found that I needed about an hour to get use to change. My wife immediately found it comfortable and got a really good night sleep the first night. I also found the topper help me sleep because of the cooling of the gel top portion. The Pros. It's very comfortable. The quilt foam top portions has a nice firmness which allows for a really nice feeling when sleeping on your back, but it is also soft enough that if you are side sleeper it is still just as comfortable. The gel top portion allows a nice cooling effect that really helped me sleep. There is also an integrated skirt that helps keep the topper nice and secured to the mattress. I have read in the description that the top cover that is suppose to repel stains and water ... thankfully the dogs have not tested this ... as of yet. The Cons. I have been sleep on it for about a month now. Other than the time it took me to get use to it, there really aren't any cons at this point. I don't know how it will react over time, memory foam products tend to degrade over time and use, but in the time I have used it there hasn't been anything that has stood out as an issue. I can wholeheartedly recommend this product after a month of regular use. It functions as advertised. The price could be a bit lower, but it is at the price point that makes it competitive with similar products.

I actually got this memory foam topper to revitalize a twenty year old memory foam mattress. It was well suited for the job. It has long elasticized sections that generously grip the mattress, and the surface that contacts the top of the mattress is rubberized for a good grip. I was a little worried about standard sheets fitting over the topper, but it is tapered at the edges so it ends up almost flush with the mattress at the edges. One of the best features is that it is ventilated so it 'breathes' and wicks sweat away, something pure memory foam doesn't do.

I liked that the topper had a stretch to pull down over my 12 inches mattress to stay there. It was easy to put on. The design of the topper looked pretty. It had quilted with zippered over that could be remove. Not machine washed but could do spot cleaned. When I opened it first time & it had slight odor that I left it open flat to air for two days.

If you suffer from overheating at night, give this pad a try. I will start by saying that my husband and I are full-on firm mattress lovers. But the mattress we have is starting to break down a little, and night sweats have been making sleep pretty elusive lately. So we gave this a try hoping to extend the life of our mattress and deal with the overheating issue. I selected this 3 inch mattress topper because I do not like those deep foam models that make you feel like you're being hugged by the Kraken. I did feel as if the three inches were still a little much for two reasons. First, whenever I tried to turn over at night, the foam was still deep enough to take more effort than usual. Probably something that people get used to, especially if they like cushioning to begin with. Second, the foam isn't there for joint support. It does cushion your body, but the heavier segments of any person, like their hips, will sink lower than their limbs. This puts the body in positions that are not optimal for people with back pain or sciatica. Because of these elements, we've moved the pad to the guest room. Otherwise, the product was one of the best memory foam mattress products I've seen. It's set up so that you can remove the cover for cleaning, the two types of foam are entirely separate so you can make adjustments if you like (like using only the top 1" portion), and the deep skirts on the cover fit today's popular tall mattresses. The best part, utterly the best, is the cool gel. The first night, after lying in bed for a bit, I started to overheat. Then the cool gel kind of sucked out the heat as it penetrated the top foam later of the padding. Wow, what a fantastic feeling! I strongly recommend this to anyone with issues sleeping due to overheating. I was hesitant to try the cool gel because, whenever I'm not overheated, I'm pretty cold. I was worried the cool gel would make me feel even colder. Totally not the case. If you want to sleep better and be interrupted less by overheating, try this pad. You'll feel better in the morning! One more note: Memory foam can put off a chemical smell. I noticed only a very faint odor right out of the package. The scent dissipated within minutes.

All I can say is AHHHHH! The HOME DECORATORS COLLECTION 3 IN. QUILTED GEL MEMORY FOAM QUEEN MATTRESS TOPPER IN WHITE is fantastic. My wife and I have been looking for a good topper because we've both been waking up with sore lower backs. We were researching different options when we saw this one sold by Home Decorator Collection. This mattress topper is nice and thick, has the perfect amount of support and the cover is a nice soft fabric. We put it on the bed and once the sheets were on you can't even tell it's there - until you lay down, and the comfort reminds you it's there. The gel makes me feel like I'm floating on a cloud and I wake up pain free ever since I put this on the bed. My wife and I definitely recommend this gel memory foam topper.

The Topper of all Toppers!! With this 3 inch. thick foam really is comfortable. I slept much better and my back did not hurt or ache. It is easy to put on, when you open the box, it pops out. Make sure you open the box on the bed, it make it a lot easier to unroll. For those that have the night sweats and backaches, this memory foam is great, if not the only way. Unlike the old style, this one has a stretch over the mattress bed skirt for a non-slip topper..

We received this 3 inch memory foam mattress topper exactly 1 week ago and here is my feedback: 1. It is well packaged in a reasonably sized box, and is easy to unpack and place on top of your mattress. 2. It is "fitted" so it stays securely in place. 3. It feels comfortable and the memory foam works well to take the shape of your body while providing the right support. It feels like medium firmness to me. 4. My only complaint (concern) so far is that upon opening the package the mattress topper smells like you just opened a gallon of paint (or like entering a freshly painted room). So we left it on the floor at our guest bedroom for 4 days and the smell reduced significantly. We decided to place on the bed and here we are 3 days later and it still has an uncomfortable smell, so now I'll give it another couple weeks and if the smell does not go away I have to remove it a few days before my mom visits! I would only recommend this product as long as you have a place to keep it for the smell to go away before use.

A beautiful, cool and very comfortable mattress topper! This Home Decorators Collection 3 in. Memory Foam Mattress Topper has a very luxurious layer of comfort when I used it on top of my queen mattress. I love the feeling of the ventilated iCOOL Technology System for breathability which makes it not to make you feel warm like some other foam mattress. It is said that the stretch-to-fit bed skirt fits deep pocket mattresses up to 18 in., guaranteeing this topper stays secure. I have placed it on my 12 inch mattress, and it still snuggles to the mattress. The design also is very pretty. Over all a very nice selection for comfortable sleeping.

This 3 inch mattress topper is well constructed. The density can be seen by the shipper's weight of 35 pounds. I particularly like the topper is held onto the mattress just like a mattress cover. No stretchy bands, which makes for a better installation. The quilted top is very nice. I expected more expansion when I opened the bag, but it fortunately was almost fully expanded. The topper is firmer than expected, but will probably loosen some over time. Recommended if you like a firmer mattress.

I like the mattress topper very much.

I really wanted to like this topper, but the off gassing was horrible. Topper was also not quite 3” thick. The day my topper was delivered, I put it in my garage to air out. After two days, I brought it in my house and put it in my spare bedroom to air out more. I left the window cracked open an inch or two and turned it regularly to try and get rid of chemical smell. After 2 weeks of this, I gave up. I know CertiPure should have been an assurance from certain chemicals, but which ones do they still allow? I’ve lost all respect for their certification.

I thought the comfort was nice I wish it would had been a little more softer . I am planning on returning due to the fact that it made me sweat and I do not like the smell it has

Very musty and chemical smell that makes my chest hurt birs ridiculous that smell has nit gine away. The odor attaches itself to you and other things.

This is a nice topper for the price. It fits my mattress perfectly and doesn't slide around. I also do not sink into it as it has a nice firmness to it. it does need a long time to air out when you first get it. I let it air out in a spare room for 10 days before I put it on my bed. Even with that, I can still smell the memory foam. But I don't think it's any worse than other memory foam products I've purchase before. I did take off a star for the length of time it took to air out enough for me to put it on the bed.

Not really a “memory foam” topper. Small layer on top of medium density standard foam. You will not sink into this topper. Fits a deep mattress and looks great .

This is a very comfortable mattress topper with an even surface that does not feel lumpy like other mattress toppers we have tried. We appreciate the Good Housekeeping seal of approval and have found the quality of the Home Decorators Collection items to be excellent.

I have had this product in my apartment for about a week now, and it has caused me to have ongoing migraines for 6 days. I have aired it out. I have put it outside. And it still smells. If you purchase it make sure you have space to air it out!
