We wanted a straightforward, classic design for our kitchen counter, this 9.6 Watt Bronze Integrated LED pendant will bring lasting style to our home. This Home Decorators Collection Bronze LED pendant light is functional and its long narrow design is excellent in narrow spaces like our upstairs landing. The integrated 9.6-Watt LED bulb puts out about the same amount of light as a 75 watt incandescent light bulb. It is simple to DIY install and includes all necessary hardware. In total my wife and I spent about an hour per light on our DIY R&R. The base is about 5” in diameter. Since we replaced fixtures with 6” bases we had to do a little touch up painting of the footprint left by the old base (see photo). An added bonus is the Home Decorators Collection has other fixtures of the same style and color (see photo). This light matches our oil rubbed brass hardware very well. All in all we are very satisfied with this fixture and we recommend it.

As always before the installation of a light fitting, I tried its function before installing it where it was intended to go as a permanent fixture. The light fixture from the Home decorator’s collection is certainly one that would be beneficial for a particular area of a room. The steel bronze look of the cage is well presented and of excellent quality, although I admit that untying the cord from the attached anchorage in order to adjust the length of the cord was, shall I say, challenging as the cord is very tight in the anchorage. This same anchorage is used again on the cord after deciding on the length required. The included hardware is, as expected, acceptable but the outlet box is, as also expected, not supplied. Connecting the wires to the relevant wires in the outlet box is painless, although having a helping hand to hold the 7-pound fixture whilst doing this or just resting it on your step ladder. Either way it makes for a very easy and safer connection. I accept that for the majority of DIYers this is an easy installation but for others it is not, so if in any doubt at all, call in a qualified sparkie (electrician) to do it for you I personally did not use a dimmer as the illumination was, at best, the equivalent of a 60 watt Incandescent, at an appox’ 800 lumens. It does state that the Maximum Hanging Length is 5 feet but I was happy at 18 inches (personal preference) This a fixed LED and is NOT replaceable. It has a 90-day returnable and a Manufacturer limited Warranty of 5 years

To be fair the ease of installation could very well be me and not the product. Everything else about the 9.6-Watt Bronze Integrated LED Pendant light is wonderful. It is a simple classic design that can fit in seamlessly with a variety of decors. It is a pendant light of excellent quality and design. i am really very happy with it and have received a lot of compliments.
