We chose this LVP flooring as it was durable and matched our interior perfectly after removing all our ceramic tiles. Once the installation was complete, we were thrilled with how aesthetically pleasing the flooring looked and felt in our home. Before installation, our concrete slab was verified to be level, and a vapor barrier was put down as we have unpredictable Texas weather. However, this was a short-lived happiness, and we noticed visible quality issues less than a year in. The flooring began to become unlocked, crack, gap, rise, and break throughout our home. The ends do not have an interlocking mechanism, but the side seams do, and in our pallet load, they turned out to be garbage. We contacted the manufacturer for their “lifetime residential warranty,” it was as much of a joke as wasting thousands upon thousands of dollars on this inferior flooring and labor to have it installed. They contracted out a third-party inspection company and took months to get on the schedule for an appointment to send a report to the manufacturer for warranty denial. The vapor barrier is not required but not void. However, underlayment is. They cited deniability due to the “unlevel site surface and voided underlayment install.” Somehow, high moisture levels were discovered with the vapor barrier because the floors were no longer even locked together. Still, it was our fault, and they blamed our very reputable and experienced contractor. I sent everything to my contractor for review as they deemed his company incompetent, and he came to inspect in comparison to the reports immediately. He stated that the locking mechanisms were faulty, and in all his years of experience, the only time he had seen the floor behave this way was during a flood. Our home did not flood or have any water damage. I hope I can save you from purchasing this floor and possibly any Home Decorators-branded products due to poor quality.

This flooring is gorgeous and looks exactly like it does online. It appears warmer (more brown) or cooler (more gray) depending on lighting conditions, but it's beautiful in any light with multiple tones to match almost anything (light and dark grays, light and dark browns, cream and white). It's mostly smooth but is very lightly textured with a shallow "wood grain." The planks fit together seamlessly and it feels good underfoot. Get the "Ash Clay" - you won't regret it!

The floors are great quality. I would recommend purchasing your boxes together in one group to keep similar finish as close as possible to the rest produced in the same batch. Overall easy to install. Would definitely recommend.

I us d this for an accent wall in my basement. Easy to use. The tongue and groove is really thin, but in my use it was not a problem.

Flooring installed Nov 2019. As the temperature gets colder, the flooring is shrinking and it is pulling apart. The “expansion” gap the manufacturer recommends at the wall is too large? The floor has gaps everywhere. Looks like crap; because it IS crap.

So I just got this installed yesterday and the floor installer thought this was super easy to work with. All my planks were in awesome shape, no broken ones, no missing joints. I cant say the durability yet becaue i just got it in. I did have to slide appliances on it and no marks at all were made. I love the look of this stuff, it is a busy tile but for the colors im going to be using when my kitchen is done this will tie it all together. this has light and dark browns, light and dark greys.

Easy to install and looks so beautiful!

Had my handyman install these floors over concrete. Fast, beautiful, even has a little cushion to it. Have been in fior a few months now and tenants love them too. Put in every room in apartments.

Ive put in many floors. This was so easy. None of the usual tongue and grove issues.

Installed almost 800sq ft in basement. Went together good. Looks good!

After reading many of the reviews I bought a carton before i decided. The floor is locking on all four sides for the waterproofing and the tight fit. There isnt a glittery appearance as one reviewer wrote nor is the sheen blotchy. Perhaps the bad reviews were from a bad run of flooring. It seemed a good idea to buy at least one carton and lay it out rather than trying to decide from a 4” square and if it is satifactory look for cartons with the same “run” number. That way the cartons of flooring should all be identical.

My installer said that this was some of the best flooring that he's put down ever. I love the color and movement of this flooring. We are thinking of done our entire home in this flooring very soon.

We had a friend who installs hardwood floors for a living do the install. It took him a little longer than expected being that it was his first time working with this product and that it was a pretty complicated area. Lots of cutting and crazy angles. It came out beautiful. I couldn’t love it more. Thanks Hot Depot.

Beautiful flooring

Great color shades to match many decors (e.g., Black appliances, Med oak cabinets, grays,...) Easy to cut and assemble. Slight textured (grain) surface for better look and feel than smooth. Seams are almost invisible.

Love the finished product. Don't really feel able to rate fully as it has only been down for a couple weeks but the look is beautiful and it's quieter than the laminate we had previously. My installer noted it was a good, quality floor we chose.

Purchased Maple syrup and installed in April 2020. I did not want to review until I was able to test the flooring for a couple of months. This floor was easy to install and we did it in one afternoon in the master bathroom. Love the color and has held up very nicely. We plan to do our bedroom come Fall with the same color.

Can't love this enough. Have in our master bedroom and hallway...it doesn't have actual texture but the pattern is great! Smooth and comfy and quiet.

We used this product to cover the 15 year old linoleum (still in good shape, but discolored). Our contractor installed and we absolutely love the results! Really updates the bathrooms (we did this in all three bathrooms).

I love this floor for its looks, durability and waterproofness. I replaced laminate flooring and manufactured wood with it. Since it has both color tones, it goes with both warm and cool trim options. I also ordered the 1/4 round but it was a crazy pattern that was supposed to match the floor, instead it was completely distracting. I returned it. We ended up putting new oak trim up that looks good. I did use the transition piece that is availabled between this floor and my kitchen tile and it blends nicely.

So far its a beautiful color, seems well made, was easy to do our family room which was very large. Will have to send more info down the road for wear and tear but no complaints at this time.. Would highly recommend to others. Thank you!

Looks amazing, cuts easy, and simple install!!!

Like the look, lots of color variation. Easy to score & snap to cut lengths. Rough on jigsaw blades for intricate cuts. Much difficulty snapping in the side laps, not much grab! Sometimes they would come undone. I suggest taping adjacent planks. You can feel thickness variation at end joints.

Horrible product. It is impossible to see that there are 5 different sheens...until the product is laid. My flooring was laid by professionals who got it done in a couple of days. Unfortunately, in sunlight, the sheens show up blotchy. Tried working with Home Decorators Collection (parent company Mohawk) for a warranty. That was a joke. Terrible, terrible product. It looks like the finish on some is flat, some satin, some super glossy. Looks like garbage. No way to tell until they are down with light hitting it.
