We paid for delivery to a room Our house assuming that delivery would be scheduled to ensure someone e was home to have the vanity delivered to a room. Vanity was delivered and left outside when we weren’t home. I called support to report the mistake and was told the delivery team would be in contact……no one has reached out and vanity is still in our garage waiting.

Great price
We have had this grey 72" vanity in our master bath for over a year now. It arrived undamaged in shipping. We did remove the top (a few screws) to separate the top from the base in order to get it upstairs, that made it much easier to handle. No paint chipping on ours so far, its held up really well to daily use. We love the look and the soft close drawers. I will say like the other reviews, make sure to seal the top really well or it will stain! Overall great value

Very excellent product, well built and very sturdy I love this cabinet and would recommend this do anyone out there interested and buying a bathroom cabinet they will not go wrong, which is purchase.

It was as advertised. The only thing I didn't care for is the shelf does not allow for plumbing. We ended up not using it, but if we did, I would have had to cut out an area for the plumbing to fit.

Awesome. Packaged perfectly.
I absolutely love my 49-inch black vanity! It's everything I hoped for and more. The sleek black finish adds a touch of elegance to my bathroom, and the size is perfect for my space. The product is still cartoned. Because of the poor delivery process , my schedule for install by contractor was delayed. 12 days of f delay, left in my driveway. I spent hours on the phone, stayed home 3 days waiting for delivery, no communication, no texted delivery day or time line. U was never compensated monetarily for this horrible inconvenience. Read my phone log with customer service on this order.

There is no back
The pictures make it out like it has just a little opening not the case no back at all. We had this delivered to the house 2 times both times it was stuck by a fork lift. Shipped to store got in one piece. So far ok except for no back Home depot gave us 50 off bc we've had it shipped 3 times only to find it on sale.

The sink came well packaged with no damage. It is very heavy though so you will need a couple strong people to get it in place. It fits perfectly into the space and has a ton of storage.

worst customer service ever
This review is on the customer service because i still have not received my order. Every day for the last 2 plus weeks they said its coming tomorrow. Still hasnt arrived and wont let me set a day for delivery.
