These are advertisied as 7-10 day delivery. With a lot of phone calli got them in 5 weeks. Several of the cabinets are damages, one we refused, the others we did not see until unwarapping. There are paint runs on the doors, backs splitting apart, doors dont line up, paint chips and marks. I think they were boxed before the paint was dry, there are lines from where the cardboard was against the door. Doors are scratched inside. Excess glue on doors. Unfortunatly only allows one picture i will post reviews with other pictures.

A lot of the nailing was done wrong and a lot of the boards aren’t square so they all look like a crap or gap on each corner and then there were some hot glue in there for some reason. Not sure why that was there. I assume the hot glue was in an attempt to fix their mistake, but it doesn’t look professional.

I bought a lot of cupboards this one in particularly had some paint quality issues on the front. Besides the poor craftsmanship and bad cutting hot glue fixes, and a lot of the nails put in wrong. I should’ve never bought this brand because now I have half up on the wall and they’re damaged and I have to repaint them. Contacted customer service they were unable to help me on unable and unwilling to give me a refund or make good on this poor product. and the product supposed to have a one year warranty, pretty pathetic.

I receive product. None of the corners were flush.. The material seem really cheap. A lot of the staples didn’t go in the right spot. A lot of hot glue was used to cover up mistakes. These are no better than the cheapest cupboards at your box store except their three times the price. I contacted the manufacturer and they said because it was beyond 30 days they couldn’t help me. Despite the product saying it has a one-year warranty, the manufacturer did not want to make you. I would not buy this product.

This cupboard like many the other ones had the staples shot in wrong and they damage the side panels so instead of throwing it away, they just put hot glue over it and try to cover it. It’s really frustrating when a company tries to cover up Shawty products. I’m sure in the end they’ll make it right but for now I have a broken cupboard and nothing I can do. And I want to be clear about it. They were not damaged in shipping. They’re shipped so well. My problem is that they were assembled wrong and it was purposely covered up. They knowingly did this and now I have an inconvenience and a problem finishing this job.

I bought about $7000 worth of cupboards. Haven’t got to putting them up for a few months. Most of them were fine, but a few were damaged. But really upset me is that one that was damaged they hot, glued another piece over it to try to cover it up instead of just sending me a new one. That particular cabinet was almost $700 and it was hot glued over to fix it. Frustrating part as well. I have to buy a few more of these to match and I don’t know what to do because of the quality issues

One of our cabinets had a nail sticking out of the back, no way that happened in shipping. There was damage to both doors, on top and on the face. Some of the staples were coming out and there was some separation of the side panels. I tried calling Ideal cabinets to maybe just get a new set of door because everything else I could take care of and was told I would receive an email to load some pictures, but that email never came. So I just returned the cabinet to Home Depot.

These are very solid, practically custom made. Each comes with three shelves. Dimensions are extremely accurate. I installed two next to one another. They fit together like two fingers in a glove. I highly recommend them

Hung cabinet on wall and when I opened the doors, cabinet fell forward. Plywood back secure on wall – cabinet fell apart. Could be missed QC; might be design flaw. Could be strengthened easily prior to falling apart. HD insisted this cabinet required assembly. I received package and opened it myself – assembled. I explained this four times. Rep had to get in last word, “this item shows assembly is required.” SMH

The cabinets were easy to install and look like they are of good quality. I love the soft close doors! I am very happy about the finished product with these and would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I are homeowners who took on a 50% contractor and 50% DIY kitchen remodel. The contractor did the demo and the wall builds, we did the cabinets, countertop, installations, painting, etc. We have two pieces of advice. 1) If you live near a store, it is convenient to have things delivered there so you can immediately return/replace it. 2) Give yourself plenty of lead time for said returns/replacements. Hardware: The hardware seems pretty decent. Nice soft close. However, the hardware wasn’t pre-drilled by the manufacturer, so there are some places where the wood has split as a result. Would we do this again? Likely not, but we would be equipped with better information to make it less stressful.

These cabinets are made with higher quality materials (including hinges/drawer guides) than the ones in stock at HD. The soft close feature is nice. The spray painted, smooth, vinyl-like coating does seem very durable and washes well. I had to re-order my cabinets 3 times and wait almost a month each time (shipped to home) to get 11 without noticeable damage, but HD.com did give me a price adjustment for my troubles and let me return the other cabinets in store. Overall, these seem like they will hold up well.

Beautifully made, high quality product... it's certainly like furniture vs. just a storage cabinet.

These cabinets are beautiful in person, very clean, and well made. Materials are sturdy and high-quality - I love the plywood construction and soft-closing doors. I ordered two of them for our laundry room - they arrived in good condition, and came with 2 shelves each.

I previously submitted a review, but since asked again, I'm willing to let others know to not waste their money on this product. Three of the ten cabinets arrived damaged and customer service would do nothing because I was a few days past the 72 hour window for submitting a claim. Cost me extra time and money for my GC to try to salvage what we had to avoid delays. Very disappointed.

My contractor had to reschedule the delivery 3 days in a row, waiting around 3 days in a row for a promised delivery to never arrive, move to the next day and the next day. Finally after 3 lost work days, the item arrived, severely damaged in 3 places and he had to spend another 2 hours returning it. Total waste of time and money

I worked with the in-store designer, who was great, for a whole new kitchen, but these cabinets are adequate at best. 4 arrived damaged; getting replacements was painful; one of those was damaged. Home Decorators does not prepare them for shipment properly (inadequate protection, no support); “expedited” orders aren’t rushed; sent one the wrong size and left drawers out of one of the replacements; crown molding was missing. DO NOT BUY THIS CABINETRY! You will waste time, energy and money.

This is the third house we have bought the cabinets for. While I really like the cabinets and the value, they do not ship in 7-10 days. This last order was placed on June 7th and is estimated to ship/deliver on July 14. By my calendar that is 33 days. Longer than the last time during Covid! So do not be tricked like I did with the “7-10 days” Plan accordingly

This size doesn’t come in white. Just ridiculous that I had to pay someone to change the color

ordered two Newport Pacific White Plywood Shaker cabinets 24x12x30 for my laundry room. The first two were delivered on a pallet in front of my garage. One of the two cabinets was severely damaged. I took it back to Home Depot and had a replacement ordered and delivered to my local store. This one survived the shipping!

I love this cabinet. I would have given 5 stars, but the second shelf was 1 inch too short. I contacted Home Depot and they are trying to get ma a replacement
