Please don't be fooled that it says that it has a quiet motor or it needs time to adjust...it doesn't as you cam hear the motor even on day 28 the last i had the fan before returning it...it order for u to get a truly quiet fan u need a fan with a DC motor

The fan itself looks really nice and was easy to install bit the LED integrated light is awful. It cast a very harsh light that feels like you are under a spotlight. The product description says the light is warm, but I wouldn't classify it as warm. I plan to return this for something with bulbs so I can adjust the color temperature.

Looks and works great! We’ve gotten lots of compliments! I like that it looks somewhat industrial, but not so over the top, that it will look dated in a few years.

installation was straightforward as I was replacing a defective Home Decorators Collection Mercer Fan (loud buzzing/humming noise). The control on this particular fan are cumbersome and the face of the control is squishy/flimsy and at times difficulty in turning of/on the light versus the fan.

Beautiful fan. LED light is dimmable and the fan puts out a lot of air. You can use remote to Lower fan speed and dim lights. The remote comes with a handy wall hanger. Also fan reversible. Installation seemed easy enough but I had an electrician friend install it. Modern but classy look but goes well with with my more traditional lights.

The light is well made and easy to install. Only issue was remote stopped working several days after install. After confirming everything was installed correctly and connections were tight, it still wouldn't work. Reset the circuit breaker (turn off then on) and it now works. Guess it needed "re-booted"!

We like how the fan looks but the led lights are to dim. Will probably be taking it down and returning it.

Easy install, the remote is great option with our high ceilings, the only thing I didn't like so much was the led light, it's an led assembly made to fit the fan, not led light bulbs like I had thought, so if they burn out I'm not sure they are replaceable , fan is very sleek looking,

We are very happy with the look, quality and functionality of this fan. Good value at a reasonable price. Only complaint: Instructions are a little difficult to understand in places. Some steps seemed a little out of order. Suggestion: Install this fan with a partner. Easier with 2 people.

Built in LED lighting is a big plus as we get older and this fan fits the bill. Throws out way more light while using less electricity. Also circulates more CFM than our old ceiling fan. Remote control is great...no more climbing on a step stool to change the speed. I would definitely recommend this ceiling fan if you are in the market for a mid-priced replacement to your old fans.

Very easy to assemble. Very quite. Looks great.

I had the fan installed by a certified electrician. It stopped working later that day due to a faulty remote receiver. Company sent a replacement receiver quickly. Electrician reinstalled and it does work. He said that about 10% of remote fans he installs have bad receivers so buyer be ware. The high speed on this fan does not put out that much air. It feels about as strong as my other ceiling fans are on medium. Disappointing given the cost of the fan.

This is the second one I purchased. Love them!

We bought 7 of these fans and had them installed by a licensed electrician. We have only had 6 of them installed and in use for about 6 months and 3 of them have already had problems. The fan quit working on one and our electrician came back out and took parts from the extra fan #7 that we had to repair it. About 2 months later the LED light went out in the fan in my kitchen. My husband went to the extra fan again an removed the LED light and placed it in the kitchen fan....it didn't work either. Only a few of the lights came on. Now just this week one of the lights in my living room has stopped working. It is $40.00 to replace these lights! I loved the look of the fans and we were doing a renovation on our home so we bought them all at once. I spoke with a lady at the number I was given to call and she called me back to say the manufacturer would be sending us 7 new LED light kits. We have not received them yet and it has been over 2 weeks. The manufacturer also stated that it was probably a problem with the installation. They were professionally installed and were working for a few months before ever giving trouble. I just really want them to work or someone needs to replace them and pay for the installation of acceptable fans and lights. This has become very frustrating. Sorry....I hate to complain....but this is expensive.

I bought 3 of these fans. November of 2015 Pros: -Inexpensive -look nice -quiet -remote operated, no need to run wire to a switch -can be mounted on angled surface -happy with the fan when it works Cons: -the light went out in fan #1 after about a year, not sure if it is the light or the control module, light is $40, control module is $60, fan is $189, not easy to find someone to fix it and I would pay more for someone to fix it and the part than a new fan, If one is so inclined to fix it themselves it is not easy to trouble shoot if you don't have known to be working parts to change out and see if that fixes the problem again one must buy the light and controller $100 + shipping, again fan is $189 -Fan #2 stopped working completely a short time after fan #1, verified fan has power, ordered a new controller at$60, hope that fixes it, if it does not then I will have to purchase a new fan, and since I have 3 of the same fan, I will begrudgingly probably buy this fan again so I don't have 2 of the same fan and then an odd different fan Gave product a 1 out of 5 because I expect the fan to work longer than a year before things start failing, If it was only one of the fans then ok maybe it was just a bad one but since it is 2 out of 3 I have the feeling there is a quality issue with the manufacture or design of the fan. Also, I feel Home Depot is gouging it's customer for replacement parts. I am seriously considering purchasing a new fan, robbing the parts I need and return it. I will still not be reimbursed for the time/labor the fix both fans.

This fan ultimately turned out to be attractive, well balanced and I love the remote functions. However....it was the most difficult installation EVER! I almost took it down and returned to store. I've installed 5 or 6 fans myself before and this is the worst. Took many attempts to attach the wires and shove the remote in the exact position to get the cover on without destroying the wiring. Frustrating!

I love, love this fan. It looks amazing in our living room. It was easy to assemble and install. The fan looks very high end and I can't say enough positive things about it. I highly recommend this fan.
