The home I just purchased had two light fixtures that didn’t match anything. I found 2 fixtures at Homedepot.com that matched the others in the house. After installing them, I’m very pleased.

Great light for the price. Bummed that the 16” I ordered has a stark white inside compared to the pretty brass finish inside of the 13”. The 13” looks more high end and finished because of this. Our space needs the larger size so considering painting it myself. A fix but an annoying one.

I really like the look of this product online and in person, however, I'm disappointed that the support bracket doesn't align with the Carlon brand blue 4" (20 cu in.) ceiling box. I have tried more than 10 different boxes, since I remolding had the luxury of trying multiple because I have them on hand, and the align is the same for all. The issue is the head on the canopy support screw is causing the bracket slots to coming alignment because the head is to large (wide) which changes the locatio

The finish is amazing, I have come to expect some pretty good finishes on most of the items I have purchased from Home Depot, and this one is no exception. It was packaged well, and the design was clean. It is easy to install, just like most things. The pols that go to the cord are great, and there are plenty of them for whatever length you need. There are two short and two long, so any combination of the four works for about any length. It is highly recommended. We like it a lot.

The Home Decorators 16 inch pendant light looks great over a table or counter. The antique bronze finish is crisp and clean as well as soft on the eyes. The interior of the light canopy is painted a crisp white to reflect the lighting down. There are 4 stems supplied to make the hanging height adjustable to your requirements. 2- 12 inch stems and 2- 6 inch stems. All parts are included for a quick installation. This fixture is fairly light in weight, so it is easy to use and install. The socket comes with 47 inches of wire installed to help you get to the correct mounting height. The plastic ring attaches the finished canopy to the light socket from underneath. Well made, simple to install, and looks great.

This hanging pendant light mixes industrial with a farmhouse style which gives it a really unique look that adds to your living space. The light comes with a simple metal dome shade in an antique gold finish along with rods that come in a matte black finish. The light uses one E26 medium base light bulb with a max wattage of 60 watts. It is LED compatible and dimmable. The hanging length is adjustable to a max hanging length of 50.5 inches and adjusting the height is easy. Installation took only a few minutes and no assembly is required. Overall looks great!!

We used one 12 inch extension to have the light fall into the 30 to 40 inch off counter height and the width is perfect for the 40 inch window. Love the look over our farmhouse sink. Easy to install. Will be buying two more to place over the island we're waiting for.

Here is my review of the Home Decorators, Shelston collection, 10" industrial style ceiling light kit. I was looking for a light to go in on a kitchen island project we just finished, and I saw this offering from Home Decorators. The Shelston industrial light kit comes with four down-rods, two are 6" long and the other two are 12" long. You can adjust the height from 12.5 in. up to 50.5 in. For my 8' ceiling I used one 6in. and one 12in. down-rods. The kit has everything you will need to install. The canopy mount strap, mounting screws, the ground wire & wire nuts, the canopy and the 10" dome shade. The light pendant is satin black with a beautiful 10" brushed nickel shade. You can also order 13" and 16" shades! The Shelston industrial light really works with almost any decor. The open shade lets you install a clear retro style bulb for that authentic industrial look. The fit and finish is good. Installation was extremely easy with all the parts fitting together very nicely. The only issue I had was that there was a very sharp edge in the mounting hole of the shade. I used a deburring tool to remove them, a small file, or a piece of 220 grit sandpaper would work. I also noticed a bit of paint weep from the inside of the shade that bled over to the brushed nickel side. It won't affect the performance or look because the pendant covers that portion of the shade once assembled. Once everything was buttoned up, I screwed in a nice retro 60w equivalent transparent glass LED bulb and man, am I happy! This Shelston industrial light looks so good in our kitchen! This is as pretty as it is useful for a kitchen or nook area. Would also be great over a bar with several in a row. This Decorator's Collection Shelston 1 light brass pendant gives a nice direct light to the area you are intending for use. This is a hardwired light that comes with all the hardware for installation. Easy to assemble and install, just put the rods together and twist to connect, same with the base. Nice heavy metal shade in white. Easy to wipe clean and gives your area a clean, simple look.

We love everything about these pendants. Three 13" over our 7' island and one 10" over sink to match. They're gorgeous and easy to hang.

We were in the market for a light to hang from the ceiling over the middle of a round table. This pendant, named Shelston, from the Home Decorators Collection with adjustable hanging length is exactly what we had been looking for. I thought I was going to create a level spot for it until I noticed that the brass ceiling canopy has a swivel where the downrod attaches. The lightbulb I purchased is dimmable so I will most likely replace the switch with one that incorporates a dimmer. The brass detail at the point where the black shade attaches to the extension rods is very eye-catching.

13" in diameter pendant light, not too big also not too small. In my old thought , either good for kitchen or dinner table in European style. Even good for restaurant too. Chrome Shade is fine with inside in white which help product better light. Black pendant body plus 3 black extension tube, one in detachable . For you can adjust the height from ceiling. Assembly is simple and handy. 60W light is preferable.

Finally, a light fixture we both love! My husband & I were specifically looking for a fixture that would shine light down on the island & had a hard time finding one that was simple & the right size. Most were 3-4x the cost of this one, so we liked the price as well. He said it was very easy to install (compared to other fixtures he's replaced in the baths, etc). Yes, it's lightweight (some may think that's bad thing), but once it's up, it looks more substantial than it is. For reference, our island in the pictures is 9'4" long, 4'3" wide. We have 9' ceilings, used 2 of the 12" downrods and the bottom of the fixture is 33.25" above the island.

This light is a well-made classic light and will go in any farmhouse style or rustic style home. It has choices on length and is versatile. It cleans easily and looks great! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a well made item such as this. My daughter jokes that she will take it from me if given the chance. Yes, a light that will last for years to come!

This is really a nice light, alone or in a series. and the price is excellent for the quality.  Home Decorator's 1-light pendant has a black matte finish metal shade with an industrial or barn style above the dome light bulb holder. The path to the ceiling is with a series of two 6" and two 12" rods that can combined into different lengths, ranging from 14-1/2" to 50-1/2" from the ceiling to the base of the light. No A19 (60-watt ma) bulb is included. A vintage Edison bulb would look great inside the dome. Purchase several at this price for a matching series over a kitchen counter or bar area. I do like that a ceramic ring holds the light fixture to the dome, other lights have cheaper and less secure metal parts to do this task. The wires are labelled for you; in case you didn't know, the "H" label refers to Hot or the black wire and "N" label refers to Neutral white wire. This classy light has a refined appearance and has a quality build: It will be at a handsome addition to your home or office.

When I first opened the carton I was concerned about the quality look of the Shelston lamp. When I got all the parts out and assembled it, my opinion quickly changed. The shade was perfect (metal finish perfect; interior reflective surface was perfect). The black coated bulb unit and ceiling mount were nicely made and the finish was flawless. The three, threaded down rods give me option heights AND one of the 3 rods is capable of being 'halved'! ...providiing for an additional shortening if desired. I'm very happy with the Shelston pendant lamp. Well designed and manufactured. ...and stylish looking too!

This is a nice simple pendant light. The light is packed well for shipment. the metal shade is easy to install and goes on using one fastener which screws onto the lamp socket. Be sure not to cross thread or over tighten when installing. The wires are identified for "hot" and "neutral" wiring, which most brands do not indicate for you. they give you everything you need for quick easy installation. There are four down rods: 2-6" rods, 1-12" extension rod; and 1-connection rod. The light looks really nice once installed.

Shelston. 1 Light Pendant. Like the design of the Shelston color and style, Some assembly required along with planning before hand on the height from the floor.The Pendant itself is 15 inches, the light box mount another 2 inches. The minimum you can hang this from the ceiling is 17 inches . It comes with three rods one of which two 6 inch rods and the other two are 12 inches. Multiple options to a max of 36 inches plus the 17 of the fixture and mount. FYI, this is not equipped with hardware to mount on an angled ceiling .Install is quick and straight forward with all the included fittings and wire nuts. You will need a 60 watt max light bulb medium base.

The Home Decorators Collection Shelston 1-light black pendant with metal shade is a very simple light fixtures that is perfect for the farmhouse/industrial look. I did not like the look of a bare bulb with a porcelain base in our garage so I got this to replace the bare bulb. Luckily my husband goes along with my ideas! He said it was an easy install and he agrees that it does look nice in the garage. Now if I could just convince him to paint the walls in the garage! This fixture will look nice over a table, or in a foyer too. It is well designed and not too much money.

We needed to update the pendant above our breakfast table in our sunroom. I love the brushed nickel shade on this pendant. It is very FARMHOUSE in style and so classic. The light was very easy to install and took less than 30 minutes. The metal shade and white interior provide a great amount of light in the area. I love the size and the overall look and design of this lighting fixture. I have been very pleased with the Home Decorator's brand.
