We love this new carpet

The carpet is very nice and looks great. The installation team was very professional. I am quite pleased with how the carpet looks. The team did a great job. One negative, apparently, and not the personnel in my local Home Depot did not convert the measuement correctly and I was left with a 12’x13’ piece of extra carpet. To the credit of may Home Depot the manager refunded the cost of that extra piece of carpet. She agreed with me that wherever they do the calculations the had done something wrong. I was quite pleased with her quick action.

Installers were excellent. They were on time, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and super nice. I would recommend those guys any day

carpet looks better in person than in the store. Installers were very courteous and professional. one of them even gave my husband a quick tutorial on how to cut the 1/4 round we were installing ourselves. Loving the way my home looks now! | Edit

This carpet is good quality. Soft to the foot and vacuums beautifully.

Carpeting and installer team were wonderful. The communication from the HOME DEPOT team was dismal, resulted in an uninformed delay of installation and embarrassment for our family. I will not likely buy carpeting from HOME DEPOT again due to this.

The color is gorgeous and the quality of the carpet is beyond words. Love it!

For the money carpet is not what I expected. Still has a strong chemical odor. Brought to Home Depot attention and was told to "air" it out. Didn't work. Am not pleased.

Looks and feels real nice..edges have a lot of loose pieces(mostly from installation and not quality of material

Installers did a wonderful job and carpet meets expectations, however a horrible Oder was present for several weeks after installation. Very strong chemical smell.

Carpet install was completed. Although I was told it would take an hour, it took three and there were pieces of carpet left behind. The carpet itself is not taught but looks fine.
