The carpet is great and the service was great as well.

We like the color and carpet but we are very disappointed in the shading it shows when it is vacuumed and walked on. We didn’t think it would look like that! Other carpets we have purchased elsewhere did not have the shading issue. Also, our vacuum dies not work on this carpet maybe because of the nap so will have to purchase a different one. Our carpet was installed on November 8, 2023

The carpet has a great feel to it, thick and soft. I upgraded the pad and this I feel really helps the feel and look. The carpet is quiet a bit lighter than the swatch so I took that into count when choosing the color.

Rug looks nice . Very bad chemical smell , not going away. Triggered Asthma. It’s only rug in house , on upstairs steps.Didn’t realize, should have asked more questions about material.

Delivery and install was smooth. Carpet looked great! A nice soft gray. I put it in as I was moving out so can’t speak to its durability or cleanability.

Too early to tell how it will hold up, but it feels great to the touch. We had it installed through Home Depot and the workers got in, did their work, and got out. Very easy to deal with.

A great looking carpet laid by real experts. I would have rated it excellent but it readily shows foot prints. Could be the top of the line pad underneath that facilitates the ease of foot prints; it is like walking on memory foam (that’s good). I should have bought the thicker ply version.
