Great tough durable flooring

The floor installed extremely well and looks GREAT. I have found it extremely scratch resistant. I was trying to do the job on the cheap, and here are some lessons learned. First, the finished floor I think looks better than other brands of bamboo flooring because the variable wide planks add a real unique and rustic flavor. This is not the floor for a high formal room, but more of a farmhouse or industrial vibe. So as not to invalidate the warranty (as my installer insisted) the floor must be glued down. Even though sold by HomeDepot, the HomeDepot services would not lay the floor - I had to hire an independent floor installer. While I really like the hardwood option, because it feels so substantial, the installation would have been less expensive if I went with the Engineered click option, verses the solid wood. And finally, it pays to open all your cartons and mix up the planks of the same size so you get a consistent mixture of lighter and darker planks.

The color variation of the boards were excessive and much greater than other brands I have used in the past. The boards were in good condition with no shipping damage.

Have multiple sizes made it a bit challenging but the end result is worth the extra effort.

This flooring is very durable. It does need to be glued not nailed due to the density of the wood. I have this through out my house

Great product however add 50% for the glue if you use 3 in 1 Roberts adhesive.

cheap and thin cannot use regular flooring nailer

Flooring looks much more expensive than it is. Very high quality product. My contractor said it was easy to use. I have received numerous compliments on the flooring. It works perfectly with out farmhouse style kitchen.

It looks great until the light hits it from the side. It has too many "fake skipping blade" marks. Even if you try to not put them next to each other there are so many its impossible. Looks gorgeous though besides those marks.

this looks pretty at first !!you can see the dust , scratches easily and leave fingerprints avery time you walk on it. does anyone know how to fix scratches? i am so frustrated with this product i cant see my house clean.

I didn’t realize it was three different widths but it’s beautiful

We love this flooring. We installed the Strand Woven Antiqued Harvest 1/2 in. a few years ago, but didn't order enough to finish the master bedroom. The distressed dark honey was the closest match so we decided to go with that. It matches pretty good . The original flooring included nailing instructions but the newer flooring says glue only. It is the same exact flooring so we laid down tar paper and nailed it the subflooring like we did the original flooring. Others complained about warping when glued but we haven't had any issues.

I have paid $2000 in advance to have you install this floor. It still has not been done. If I knew it would take that long I would have hired a different installer. Your using my money and I’m getting nothing for it. Still not to be installed until December.

This stuff is beautiful flooring and relatively easy to install. However, make sure to order enough to complete the job, with about 20% leftover. It’s much easier to return what you don’t use than to order more so that you have enough. This flooring does not ship well in small lots. My advice is that you do not order anything less than 15 cartons at a time.

This flooring is gorgeous. We love it. It does scratch a little easier than what I was hoping. But whatever flooring you choose, you have to expect a scratch. I just took a walnut and rubbed over the scratch and you can’t even tell.

Looks really nice,diyed about 900 sq ft. Used the glue down method. The glue is expensive and there is a serious learning curve. Everything I read said to hire a professional. I should have!But I have time(retired) and it looks as good as anyone could do.

It was installed by professionals and after 4 days in place, seems to be what I had expected.

My installer nailed this down instead of glue down, it’s been 3 weeks and no scratches were found.
