The flooring itself is very pretty in our home, even though it was on clearance. But getting it to our Home Depot store was another story! I’m sure the store Managers will be glad to fill you in from all the notes in our order! It will be the last time we order from Home Depot.

Some problems with the planks unfortunately so had to open up all 3 packs even though 2 packs should have been enough !

Only had this flooring for about 18 months and it’s chipping and has bubbles underneath. Very dissatisfied with the quality of what looks like such a great laminate flooring.

I use this product in each of the many homes that I flip… not only is it a warm looking color, it has a matte finish, not shiny like most… it is very easy to clean and when finished it has a beautiful finished look!!!

Beautiful flooring, made our bedroom so much better

After buying this floor ( Haswell Elm) and having it installed, I'm missing 4 boxes. This is due to the fact that what I received was damaged or had imperfections. I lost 4 boxes! They have now discontinued the floor and I laid 400sq feet installed. I can't afford to rip it out. Can someone help, anyone that has extra or has the floor and is ripping it out, please respond to me. Home Depot and the manufacturer have been no help. Thanks!

We purchased a renovation project 4123 sq ft. We did full 2 story home in this product except kitchen and bathrooms. We installed it ourselves. It was easy to put together with the recommended tools. 2 years later, this flooring still looks amazing! Still like new. We have had no issues at all and it has coped with animals, wheelchair and walkers.

We have installed about 3000 sq ft of this product between 2 houses. Before buying the product, we put some on the bare floor in front of the front door and left it there for 2 years to see it the product held up (we were under constructions in other parts of the house that allowed us to do this experiment.) The product held up well, did not fade, did not scratch, and did not show any signs of wear even though we treated it badly. The biggest negative for this product is the difficulty in installing. The tolerances on the boards are "iffy" making the installation very time-consuming. Instead of locking together smoothly, the boards frequently had to be pounded on the edges to make them stay together. Even then, we had to nail some of the boards to keep them down. And it took two people to install the boards, one to line them up and the other to stand on the edges to keep the boards from sliding. If we had to start all over again, we would probably buy something easier to install, but the floor looks great and it was fairly cheap.

Love the look. Sometimes a bit tricky with the installation, but overall I like it a lot.

Tongue and grooves are cheap / fall apart easily. "Water resistant" advertisement seems questionable.

I've already used this product in 3 properties and I keep coming back for more! I anticipate I'll use it to remodel any properties going forward. It has nice durability and looks at a great price!
