Way too many pieces to put together… I went with a different model

it was sturdier then i had expected for the price

The rack was pretty easy to assemble. However, the wrench that is enclosed to screw the wheels on was cheap. The wrench bent and I had to find something else to screw on the last wheel. I thought I was going to have to return it to the store. A regular wrench was too wide; so, I used a wire cutter to get it attached properly. Everything else I tried was too wide. Enclose a better wrench that won't strip or bend so easy.

Unfortunately I will be returning the rack - it’s not meeting my needs. There is nothing wrong with the rack just changed my mind and keeping my shoes in shoe boxes/case which these slide off the rack.

Wasn't going to use it for shoes. Got it to store craft ribbon and the rungs were too far apart.

They send it to me Broeking And I take it to the store they said they don’t have it anymore in stock and I have to wait I don’t like it it’s very bad quality

Pretty easy to assemble. Works well for shoe and boot storage. Looks fine too.

The first rack received had double poles and missing the opposite side poles. Problem was immediately resolved. Received a new delivery by express delivery. Love the rack. Fits 50 pairs. Can roll it around in my walk-in closet. Very convenient and sturdy enough.

To many parts to put together

DO NOT BUY! This product came with doubles of one part and missing another part of the shelf. The pins were on the wrong side so it was not able to be secured together. VERY flimsy in the middle as the rails come in 3 pieces and have to be put together.

other than missing 2 screws, rack was not difficult to assemble (by myself). fits in walk-in-closet comfortably which cleared the floor of many, many shoes.

Well....disappointed is the the word that i would use to sum up this purchase. The rack is not as solid as we would have liked and the spacing between shelves is smaller than this picture makes it seem. We took out two of the racks and are making it work, but looking for something better
