Perfect for what i needed it for , my only suggestion is if you dont want to lose your stuffs you better secure your box better with locks or something..I Installed pad lock hinges and just reinforced the area with steel just to make it harder to break-in but still this box was an awesome buy i like it…!!

Good size, sturdy made, looks nice, easy install.. Comes with slide tray, and mounting hooks.

I like the look of the aluminum diamond plate. I needed a full size box (if not bigger), so I mounted this on my GMC Sierra. The mounting hooks are easy to use and not permanent but secure. They hold the box tight without vibration or movement, but can easily be removed when/if needed. The box has held up well with everyday bumps, and does not dent easily. My only issue is with the self-opening mechanism: it's stiff and slow. After unlocking, I always push it up manually. The hydraulic cylinders don't seem to be strong enough, and they've worsened over time. Maybe they're just not up to the task, but this seems to be the weak spot in this box. Otherwise, I'm happy with it.

I’ve had this toolbox a little less than a year. In that time frame the finish is completely messed up. I’ve tried three different Aluminum deoxidizers and polishes, none of them have helped to bring back the original shine. Would strongly not recommend this tool box if you want your truck to look somewhat decent with it on there.

Bought this box yesterday 7/30/2021 for it looked good at the store in the box. Got it home and started to install and noticed the lid will not close do to hitting the lip of the box. I have push the lid forward to get the lid to close. Thinking of returning it and wondering if Home Depot reads these.

Fit absolutely perfectly in my 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 crew cab. The larger box wouldn't have due to the wheel well in the bed. I love this tool box!

Hate that i bought.a blacked out box. An the Husky logo.is in white !!!over all box seems ok.but this is day 1.j hooks bend durin installation. But seem like they will hold.time will tell.if it holds up or not.has 3yr warranty.

The box is lightweight. The mounting J bolts tend to angle when tightening leaving impression of not very secure mounting. The lock assembly has cheap plastic clips holding the rods that connect the push button lock mechanism. The driver's side rod clip and rod came undone. No other way to secure the rod to the lock mechanism. Poor quality. I would not recommend purchasing this tool box unless you don't care about securing your stuff. Spend the extra money and get a better product. I'm returning this one.

Fit my 2001 Silverado perfectly. Love the buttons on each end to open the box. The quality and finish are good.

Good sturdy box. The "J" hook attachment is poorly designed and tends to tip and bend the lip of the box. The locks are flimsy and not vary waterproof, but I really like the easy access from the side fo the truck. All things considered it's a nice box for the money, but I will be replacing the locks and the tie down clamps

The setup was extremely easy, no drilling at all. I love the fact that you can lock one side, leave the other side unlocked and still open it up. This is my first time buying a truck toolbox and it took me about a month to decide on the color, brand, and profile. But I have a lot of Husky products so it was a no brainer.

Easy to install with no drilling required. Put on a 98’ Chevy Silverado, I would recommend putting some type of material between the top of the bed sides of the truck and the bottom of the tool box to keep it from rubbing the paint too bad. Also remember to leave a gap between the rear of the tool box and the cab of the truck so you can open the box without it hitting the rear glass.

Very satisfied with my purchase. No more tools in the backseat of my truck or laying unsecured in the open bed.

Install was quick and painless. J bolts make it so that there is no drilliing holes required. Matches great with the Husky side mount box I have on my truck. Also, got it so that both boxes only require one key. My first Husky box lasted well over ten years. When I decided to upgrade to this box, it wasn't b/c of mechanical failures or leaks. I just wanted the locks on the sides for easy opening. This box is comparable to a Weatherguard in all aspects except price. I'm very happy with this purchase and by the looks of things, this box will be around for a lot longer than my first one!

They have updated the design of their boxes. No more paddle latches! Looks great on my truck and securely holds my gear.

Great space for a lot of tools, gear, or clothing and anything that you want to keep dry. Easy to install with the hardware supplied. You can even reinforce the installation with 4 bolts and nuts if you wanted to but the hardware supplied did just fine. The two side compartments are really handy too. For full swing of the door(fully open) allow about an inch from the back of your bed. You still have room under the box to use for cargo. I love it !!

Good solid tool box

The truck box itself is perfect for me. The quality and construction is great. The problem I have with the manufactor or who ever ships the box to my house. The first box came damaged do to shipping, so I had to reorder. That not that big of an issue but that was another week that I did not have a box for my tools. The second box came and it was also damaged slightly do to shipping. I decided to keep this box because I can not wait around for another box. With everything going on in people's life's nobody wants to sit there and reorder and reorder. Husky make a good box and I didn't have a problem with Home Depot but when a customer gets a bad experience for something as stupid as damaged do to shipping guess what, I am NOT doing that again. I'm guessing extra, extra packing material is a lot cheaper than reordering two or three times do to damaged from shipping, but than again I'm not as smart as big company's. Note: I would recommend this product but keep away from shipping.

The tool box was easy to install. Not sure I would call it a low profile box. I still had to install about 2" out from bed so the lid would not hit the cab. The box closes easy but the drivers side is not level on my box. There is plenty of room in the tool box to fit all I had and then some. One recommendation to manufacture would be to include some rubber spacers that could be installed under the box edge against the truck bed. I had to find and buy rubber strips. I like the clean lines look of not having latches or pulls on the back of my tool box. The push latches work great now, too early to say how they will hold up. You can lock and open the box from either side, one or the other independently of the other.

Door is to hard to close have to push on it cools times so it can lock other then that is a great box

I've had it a little over 2 weeks and it seems to be of quality material and workmanship. The down side is that it was damaged when it arrived.

The color and quality of the tool box was good for the price but the packaging is horrible. Couple of cardboard ends with most of the unit just covered in clear plastic. That plastic was all ripped up when they delivered the box and box had dents all over it. I really needed to mount the box for work right away so I'm just gonna live with the dents but I wish I had ordered a tool box that had better packaging. Photo attached is right after I mounted it brand new. The bottom paint is worse.
