My city started adding high levels of chlorine to the water which caused my skin to react. The system does what it claims and I can no longer smell or feel the chlorine! Install had a few challenges most notably leaking at the connections and I found the directions to be somewhat vague. I reached out to customer service and John was able to quickly help me come up with some solutions and advice. I ended up using pipe bonder instead of the tape and I haven’t had any issues since. This was fairly easy to install. It has been a blessing as I re Plumed the entire house and now have much cleaner water. I reordered spare o rings and 2 sets of filters. I had a few questions so I called ISpring water systems directly and had the pleasure of talking with Sean who answered all my questions and was a pleasure to talk/deal with

Buyer beware. Everything seemed good quality until I pressurized my system. The threads for the housing are plastic junk. I redid all my plumbing coming from my well tank to my hot water heater, and installed a sediment filter (different brand, metal threads) and the only thing that leaked was this. Then enjoy getting gaslight by customer service when you call them for help while they accuse you of installing your connections wrong and not using “12-15 wraps of plumbers tape” they instruct. My advice, be sure you install a bypass so you still have water when this inevitably leaks and you can waste more of your time

Purchased the Big Blue dual filter housing set-up, inclusive of the twin cartridges and had a minor filter sequence issue, which created a premature breakdown of one of the cartridges. I called iSpring and left a message. Had a call back from Nick within 10 minutes and he spent considerable time discussing different approaches when using this system in conjunction with a larger backwashing system. A big help and he even replaced my initial cartridges to provide a fresh start with a different sequence. Just great customer support.

Make sure you read the instructions and plan your installation. I had connection problems, but after re-reading instructions i was able to correct the problems. Also had problems with water dripping from filter canisters. I was afraid of over tightening and cracking the main housing. But finally corrected that. Time will tell.

Our system was installed into a General Coach Mobile Home. To date we have experienced no problems with the unit. It is easy to replace the filters and it is maintenance free. Customer Support is excellent and very Professional.

First impressions are great on this filter. The instructions DID NOT mention sweating the pipe that screws into the PLASTIC housing first, perhaps commen sense, but.....John from iSpring got back to me in 2 days and quickly sent out a replacement for my leaking filter housing. Only great companies do the right thing by their customers anymore. Definitely recommend.

I purchased this 2-Stage water filter system to put between the iSpring while house water filter system tank and my iSpring UV filter system to remove additional particulates in my water. The construction and material for this is extremely heavy-duty and provides very simple installation. Be sure to get your water tested to find out what type of filters are necessary for your water. I certainly recommend this product and can honestly say that I am extremely satisfied with it.

I only use their products. This is my latest system at new house. We have a well. Our water is awesome and there's no scale on the fixtures whatsoever or hard feeling to water. Awesome product. I have no room in the house for a softener nor do I need one thanks to the quality and effectiveness of these products.

Thanks to Don at ISpring for his installation support. We are now enjoying great tasting water from our well. Our system consists of the following ISpring products: 50um spin down pre-filter, 5um sediment filter, iron and manganese filter, scale removal filter and 5um activated charcoal filter.

Very easy to assemble and install

At first this system was great. The smell was gone like it said it would do. But after 12 days the smell started to come back. I pulled the filter to look at it and it was brown. It said the filter was good for 3-6 months. It made 12 days. I just had to order another set of filters and a second set for a backup. The new filters won’t be here until September 4th. I hope things start to turn around or it will be a waste of money and time.

Had a leak from the first day I installed it. Got in touch with the manufacturer by email. After the run around of filling forms for warranty, was answered to take it all apart, what was assembled by them at the manufacturer and to rap extra Teflon Tape ! Yes you see I had to redo their wrong doing ! The problem was not even that it had a small hair line crack. So buyer's, beware if you can look elsewhere for a quality assembled whole house Water filter.

I purchased this unit after reading alot of reviews. We suffer from well water, rotten egg smell and sediments, in the water. I had to clean out my washing machine hot water hose due to calcium sediments blocking the water. I had my plumber install the system in my garage. I immediately noticed the rotten egg smell was gone. I’ve had it for two weeks and so far so good. I’m not sure how long my filters will last but hopefuily at least 6/12 months. I would recommend they make the filter housing clear instead of blue so you can see your filter and the condition of it.

I bought this because of the great reviews, had a professional plumber install it. My TDS numbers stayed exactly the same, my TDS score was 667, before and after. Any ideas? I’m attaching picture.

Installation was straightforward. Bypass diagram in the manual was incorrect, also no mention of thread sizes for mating plumbing (uses 1” NPT threads), cartridge installation straightforward. Water was cloudy for a few hours after the unit was installed but cleared up after a few hours.

1. It works 2. EVERYONE's water is different 3. Customer Service rocks Installed w/ PEX B with shutoff and bypass. The only joint that failed was the one I forgot to crimp. Says filters last 6 months. My lasted 2 months. Called customer service and got knowledgeable tech first try. He suggested problem was sediment iron, not dissolved iron. I replaced carbon filter ($36) with sediment filter ($15). Now neither laundry nor water fixtures are stained using less expensive filters.

I wanted a filter that would remove the chlorine from the water and this does the job well. The plastic fittings for the input and output leak no matter what the plumber did but the leaking is has been reduced to a very small and occasional drip after several attempts. It has been installed for one week now and I like it.

SUPER build quality!! It's almost over-engineered, it's like Germans built this thing. The bracket is a heavy gauge steel, the filter housings are thick and solid (which is why it has a heavy duty bracket, the filter wrench is a thick hard plastic. My plumber installed it in about 20 minutes, it cleaned up the crappy municipal water we have. I also added a spin-down filter at the beginning of the chain, and highly reccommend it as well, as it will also trap sediment regardless of what you municipality tell you about their water being clean.

Filter system works well but difficult to remove and replace new filters every six months. Eventually realized that there should have been O Rings with the canisters. Emailed the company and they were extremely helpful and sent me them to me free of charge. Hoping that this will help with the issue next time that I have to change the filters.

Nick from iSpring helped us with a warranty claim. Our plumber could not get the canister to seal all the way and Nick promptly sent us a replacement system. The replacement works perfectly. Thank you for excellent service and standing behind your product. Our well water tastes great and is flowing well thanks to iSpring.

Have been very pleased with this system. I had an issue with it, contacted I Spring and was assisted by Nick. He was very helpful and after our interaction he was able to help resolve the issue to our mutual satisfaction. I would definitely buy this product again. The installation instructions were excellent. The filters have been treating our water for about a week and the water went from being brownish to crystal clear. The metallic taste the water had is also completely gone. We now can drink our water, it has no noticeable taste and a pleasure to drink! The water also feels softer; probably due to the fact that the iron and manganese are no longer present in our water.
