System was east to install. Was surprised it didn’t operate as expected at first. I called customer service, and thanks to Nick, found out one of the filters was restricted. He sent me out more filters and the system couldn’t be working better. Thanks Nick!

I love the filtration system ,but when I had some trouble Nick was very prompt in responding. He has helped me before and he has come thru again. Thanks again, Ray Browning

It doesn't work the water still b👎

Purchased the filter in August 2022 along with the spin on filter. After the initial installation we had the well water tested and still showed little change in Manganese level which was slightly above EPA standards. Overall, water quality improved and we no longer had any staining in the toilets due to iron levels. Contacted Nick at iSpring customer service and he sent a new set of cartridges. We had the water tested again two weeks after installing the new cartridges and the Manganese level was well below the EPA standard. So far, the filter has worked very well. Great value !

First off, the product works very well. I melted the plastic threads on the inlet to the heads of the filter by soldering too close. I called iSpring customer service and Michele took care of my problem immediately. Would absolutely buy from this company again.

Loved this filter until it came time to change the filters. We couldn’t do it on our own and had to call two different plumbing companies to come out to try and get the blue covers off and they did not budge! Not sure what to do with it now because we can’t get the covers off to change the filters!

I chose this system because it's up to 15 GPM, and I have not been disappointed. Any issues I have had were handled promptly by the company and, most recently, Michele. The system was easy for my husband to set up, and changing the filters was pretty straightforward. Drinking water tastes better as all the water in the house passes through the filters. Depending on your needs, there are a few different filters available for this system.

We live the by the beach and this iSpring System has really helped reduce sediment and iron particles. Our water tastes great!! We recently bought a house with this system already installed but could not remove the canisters to change the filters. They were over tightened. I reached out to iSpring and spoke to Nick about our situation. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about our problem and decided to send out an entire new system to us at no charge! What great customer service!!

We received this item as a gift and haven't installed it yet. The product is made well, and should make a huge difference in our water quality! We noticed the wrench wasn't included in the packaging as described, and reached out to Nick in the customer support department. He went above and beyond in customer service! He shipped a wrench out immediately, and was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions about installation. We would highly recommend iSpring water systems!

We had iron in our well water for years that stained our bathroom and kitchen fixtures along with our appliances. I was able to install the system myself over a weekend and it has worked great ever sense. We no longer have to clean the iron stains from the bathroom and our clothes are no longer stained by the water. John from I-Spring was very helpful when we had a recent issue with the spin down pre-filter. Excellent customer service.

Although it was installed a month ago and we have only stayed at the house a few nights, we have seen an immediate improvement in our water. Rust stains are no longer visible in the bathroom fixtures. I reached out to iSprings for help registering the product and Nick was great.

I installed this system in my house and was so pleased with the results that I installed one in my parent's house as well. We had an issue with decreased psi 5 months after installation. I called iSpring customer service to discuss possible issues. Michele was extremely polite and helpful- after discussion she decided to send out a different filter combination for both systems, complimentary. There was a logistical delay with this filter combination, so Michele decided to send the standard filter combination to use temporarily so we wouldn't be inconvenienced during Thanksgiving. Michele is awesome!

So far, yes. Since we installed it in a lake house that has very little activity since it was installed, I will rerate it again next summer.

Very professional USA customer support and help us choose this whole house system. The product is also great and easy to start. Very satisfied.

We've had the ISPRING system for about 5 years and are very pleased with the results. Recently, while changing the filters, one of the sumps got away from me and broke. I called the company to buy a replacement and a technician named Nick was very helpful with advice and getting a replacement shipped out. He was knowledgeable and courteous. ISprings is a company that is responsive and willing to help customers after the sale.

I have well water and had iron and manganese staining in my bathrooms. I installed this system with the spin down filter in May of 2022 and by September the stains were back. I contacted Ispring to see why the system failed so soon. Michele was great, I did not have my water tested before the installation, she said in order to figure out the issue I should have that done. I had purchased a complete set of new filters when I installed the system, she had me replace the filters but within 2 weeks the staining was back. After sending her the water test results she suggested the anti-scaling filter should be added, she also sent me a new rust/manganese filter, a sediment filter and a spin down filter. I ordered the anti scaling filter and it will be installed next week, will have to wait and see if this solves the problem. I'm not sure about the system yet but the customer service is fantastic, I am sure if this doesn't solve my issues Michele will do whatever she can to help me. If you are looking for a filter system have your water tested first and contact ISpring before you buy so they can make sure you get the correct filters.

Very happy with this filter system. We had a plumber install it with no issues. We’ve noticed the iron smell is gone from our well water.
