Yay - no more having to buy bottled water! We are very pleased with this product. We have safe drinking water for our family and our dog. The directions are easy to understand and everything is labeled on the unit for filter replacements This product came with a brushed nickel faucet but we needed it in chrome. We contacted iSpring and spoke with Sean. He was great. He sent us a chrome faucet right away. If you have any issues, contact iSpring and ask for Sean.

Fantastic slim design fits under my sink and is perfect for great tasting water. Nick in customer service was exceptional in helping us choose the right model. He went above and beyond answering all my questions.

I purchased this tankless RO system to replace my 15-year old tank system. At first I was concerned because I couldn’t remove one of the filters from the slot it had been shipped in. A call to customer support resulted in a replacement system within a couple of days. The support rep was very helpful and made it easy to resolve the problem. If you have basic DIY skills, the installation is easy. I have been using it now for almost a month and love it! Water tastes great!

Love this unit. Just three lines compared to five in the old Kenmore tanked unit. Drain line in old unit used to leak at the faucet if the drain line got plugged. No chance with this one. Two minor concerns with installation. The blue feed line from the faucet could be a bit longer. Not easy to get it connected around behind the disposal. Also, one bad O ring in a connector. Replaced with one from the old unit, no problem. Not being a plumber, and not having worked with connection technology for ten years, did not know how to remove connector dust plugs easily. Finally got them out, but many blue words were spoken before doing it. Recommend a tape-like covering that would just peel off for not too smart installers like me. Lots more room under the sink! Worked with service people on the O ring issue. They guided me through the process of identifying the bad one and suggesting I use one from the old unit. Only quibble with them is they close on eastern time, so not available in afternoon on west coast when I needed them most. Love that it sets there quietly until I use it, and no more gurgling in the drain.

This tankless unit was easy to install, it came with everything I needed for the installation and it worked great the first time with no leaks. The water is clean and tastes great. I'm now getting two gallons of clean water with only one gallon of waste. By any RO system standards, that is excellent! The unit is quiet and takes up very little space. THIS is the future of residential reverse osmosis water. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Thankfully we got this installed with help from customer service. The instructions did not include a way to pop up the insert for the filter lines so those broke and they shipped us a brand new machine, thank you very much. THe instructions the second time also did not tell you how to pop up the quick connect but we used a mini screwdriver and that did it. We also had to install a second electrical line under the sink as the one line we had for the garbage disposal is always on and it controls the disposal unit. But this is a really good product worthy of all the headaches we had getting it going. No tank, no leaks, takes up less room and dispenses water much faster.

We bought the Ispring system for two reasons, It takes up less space and it gives us great tasting water. We had one little hickup while installing the system, the faucet in the box was not what we ordered. We called Ispring’s customer service and Michele took care of everything. We recieved the correct part and a mailing label to send the wrong one back. Michele was professional, understanding and quick with her response. The system is working great and we know if we have any questions or problems (which I doubt) we can always call Ispring customer service and we will get promp and professional service. This system is worth the investment.

Great experience with this company/product. I had a few issues with my system and worked with Nick to resolve them. He was always responsive and helpful. The system works great on its own. Zero complaints. Installation was pretty simple; I would say anyone who has done some basic plumbing can easily handle this installation. The ONLY drawback I have is that I wanted the system to provide filtered water for both the faucet it comes with AND my fridge. The system cannot provide enough pressure.

I bought this reverse osmosis equipment about 6 months ago. It is a reverse osmosis with alkalinization. I was not aware that the carbon block (CB) filter is interchangeable with the CA filter. John, from customer service explained in detail that the equipment for CB and CA the same but only the filters are different. He agreed to send me CA filter free of charge because of this confusion. John was very nice, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help.

We absolutely love having ispring! The taste is great, We also want to highlight the excellent customer service. We had a minor issue and Thank you to Nick resolved it in a speedy, friendly, and satisfactory manner. This is the only product review l ever wrote. it is a great product. Every home in the world should have one.

Very large flow, easy to install and most importantly, water taste good! Perfect water filtration.

Easy to install if a ground fault 115 volt electrical outlet is installed in the under the sink cabinet. Like the constant flow of ISpring pumped RO water as compared to the previously used RO reservoir tank system that deceases flow to nearly a dribble as tanks empties.

Need to return it it doesn't work I spoke with Home Depot called the manufacture spoke with them we still can't get it to work Last time wasted with my contractor and Plumber

The only downside I see is that it's just a little on the noisy side but overall it's very good. The water quality is outstanding. Also it was kind of difficult to install because you have to get under the sink and hook everything up, and I'm an old man and that's hard to do.

I love the ispring 500,the water is so pure,and it tastes like fresh mountain water. A couple of months ago I couldn't find one of the filters I needed,and Nick from ispring went above and beyond to help me,and so far I've haven't had any problems with the system(owned for 1 year and used for drinking and watering plants).

We bought this unit to replace on old RO system with a large tank. Our plumber installed easily, looks great love the slim design and the easy filter change. Great customer service from Nick at iSpring ! Water pressure not as good as our old unit but works and tastes great.

I had the, iSpring RCC7P-AK 6-Stage Reverse Osmosis System Under Sink with Alkaline Water Filter. It took up a lot of space. When it was time to order more filters, I decided to look around at tankless systems. My research brought me back to iSpring RO 500. The only draw back for me was there was no Alkaline Water Filter for the RO 500, but I purchased it anyway. I added the Alkaline Water Filter from my RCC7P-AK, put it inline between the system and the faucet. Setup was easy for me because I already had the tank RO system, just had to move hoses around and change faucet. One problem I had was the manual wasn't clear on resetting the filter after changing them. I call customer support and Sean was amazing help with resolving my issue. Another issue I had was the faucet wasn't reading the TDS correctly, called Sean again and he shipped me out another faucet the same day. I purchased 2 more of the RO 500 systems for my Lake house and RV. Now I have the same water everywhere. It is perfect size for the RV. When my kids come to over they bring gallon jugs to fill up and take home because they love the taste of the water. iSpring has been out of filters for sometime (they have all the filters back in stock now) Sean with iSpring called me out of the blue, to tell me they had filters back in stock and they had a new CA filter for the RO 500 that added the AK to it. (No more extra filter hanging off the side of my unit) He remembered that I put an AK filter inline on my systems. Great Customer Support!!!

I have found the tankless filter to be an outstanding product. It takes up less space and provides superior water product. I had a problem finding a replacement filter. This was caused by supply problems. Sean, of ISpring, helped me sort it out and I received my filters with great efficiency. Would buy this product again if I moved.
