Great cover, but it would have helped if they included instructions and not just a parts list for the DIYer. Had to get online to download and watched several videos. But once I got it installed, love it. Quality materials.

Luckily, I had plenty of help installing this awning. Instructions were NOT included so I had to print them from the internet. Instructions were vague and difficult to understand. Had to watch a video constantly throughout the project. Everything was square as we were installing (right to left) yet the final panel didn’t fit. Choice was to cut hanging rail and front rail or trim the final panel. Still pondering. Ck

Shipped to us in bad condition, necessitating some repair. Also shipped with no instructions and the local store we ordered it from wouldn't print them for us and we don't own a printer, so the assemblers lost a lot of building time while we drove around to find a means to print these. Also, the sheets that form the roof were all cut wrong at the manufacturer. What was to be a 2 day job is turning into a 4 day job, due to us not being given the proper materials. I have no comment on its ability to block out the sun since we're not too happy with whatever was sent to us.

It's worth the money. It needs a little better Instructions.

Well made. Instructions difficult to understand. Some items not pre-drilled. Shouls be more specific that 2 people are needed to install. However, durable and shipped with all the pieces and no damaged pieces.

Easy to assemble and turned out great!

This patio cover looks great and somewhat better than I expected. The directions are a bit vague so I gave it four stars. If the directions were more descriptive then I would've given it five stars. So, now we'll see how it holds up in the snow.

It's almost good for my demand. However, I think it needs more exact order steps for instalation, for example drain hole on both ends of patio needs to place in early steps on process ect...and how to trim Roof Pannel for fitting lenght of patio...!

The awning is beautiful but the instructions are terrible makes it harder to put together other than that it's a wonderful awning

Directions to put together are a little hard to follow because parts are not marked. Support was good when I had a question, but I'm still working on an the project.

The product in itself is not bad. Powder coated sturdy metal. As everyone else has stated, the directions are terrible. I have worked construction for 40 years. I have done more home projects than I care to remember and was going to build by own awning until the pandemic caused wood to soar. If you have not experienced building your own products then do not buy this. You can not go by the instructions because they leave a lot of steps out. You have to have a lot of common sense in building to put this together. That said, my wife and I built this in one weekend. And yes, somehow we are still married after completing this, although it was close at times. Please, get someone to build this for you if you do not have the experience.

This is a very nice patio cover! Well-made and structurally strong. Bought to cover our new small deck.The price I paid was excellent! We added an extra gutter going down the side because of the water hitting our deck. The only con was trying to deal with the lack of instructions to put together! It took extra time because of it! I am very visual, so I would recommend the company that made it to make one available so you can put together easer. Also, make better written instructions! Overall, would buy again!

Looks great! Had someone install it for me. Took about 4 hours with a helper. I'm satisfied and hopefully it'll last a good 15 years or more.

Love my new patio cover. Only complaint was the instructions. None were included and had to look up online. Sometimes showed different part that my set did not have so we had to wing it. But now that it is installed, I love it. Very sturdy cover. Looking now to add a pull down shade to block sun.

Still in the box. Waiting to put it up in cooler weather. If anything is wrong I'm sure to let you know? But thanks for asking

only 4 of 6 boxes were delivered. contacted Home Depot 3 times re: status of 2 missing boxes before they finally put in an issue ticket, but it's been a week and still haven't heard back

The instructions are lame and hard to follow. My tip is to print out the parts list and write the drill sizes and spacing in red, then stick it in your pocket. I put the PDF on my phone and had to scroll through it dozens of times. I was unable to mount the roof panels on the 12" marks because they were too wide and had to trim the last one with tin snips while standing on a ladder. It was no fun. I actually like the product but had a few too many problems.

was fairly easy to install. (of course it would have gone better with 2 people). missed one important step.... marking every 12" before starting. mine came out uneven so I had to get creative to finish it. All-in-all it was and is a good deal. I like it so far. Waiting to see how well it weathers.

I fell in love with this patio cover but unfortunately I found out that I was unable to get a permit for it since the company will not give you an NOA to preset to the building department and without that they will not issue one.
