It works ok but water spills out the opening during heavy rains. I cut down a clear 3 ring binder sleeve and inserted it between the leaf catcher and the gutter. It work pretty good but this is something that should have come with the item.

The ability to help from clogging pipes. IT WAS NOT EASY TO CONNECT THE RECOMMENDED WAY. TWO WEEKS. ITS DOES WHAT I NEED IT TO DO. NO ISSUES.

Well enough made for less than $7.00 . A few of the reviewers knocked of a stars because they had unexpected rain escape during a heavy rainfall . I'm waiting to witness this so that I can invent & add some sort of Rube Goldberg fix . I could have spent $$$ on other ones with a door , but not wanting to spend the extra $$$ , because that's the wife job , I bought these ... At this point I recommend this product . Sure beats cleaning the gutters .

Good product but the flex portion is too short to make a nice 90 degree turn once you get it underground.

This is easy to install and when painted to match downspouts it looks great! However, the performance in a real world rain storm is terrible! Yes, even with periodic removal of leaves/twigs during the rain a substantial amount of water escapes to the surrounding area. If you spent the money, time and effort to install gutters only to have about 40% escape your underground collection designed to remove water from foundation/ basement/ crawlspace area then you’ll be very disappointed!

I needed to reroute my spout due to erosion. I used this and connected it to 4in pvc under ground and to a pop up diverter. Everything worked.

Haven’t installed yet, I hope they work, I tried gutter leaf guards, ended up with water stains on the ceiling.

Installed 5 of these on my home in spring of 2019 (I live in SE PA). Spillage on Heavy Rains: Lots of reviews on this issue and it is 100% true. Solved, cut small square acrylic glass pieces that fit directly into the front of it to keep water in on heavy rain and to see debris to remove. Quality: 3 of 5 are still in good shape. 2 are literally disintegrating into pieces due to the amount of sun exposure they receive. Plastic gets brittle and literally crumbles when touched.

It should have a door on it in case the water comes down fast!

I like it but it could be improved. The flexible part is not very flexible. It's difficult to bend and doesn't stay bent. It's probably better for big bends but not small bends like I wanted. This product seems better for underground attachment so only the filter shows above ground. The filter and the flexible part shows if connecting it to a drain coming out of a cement walkway. It doesn't look right. A better design would have the filter attached to the removable flexible portion so it can fit either the underground or above ground applications.
