The Ivation 70 pint dehumidifier with pump was noisy and didn’t seem to be reducing the humidity very quickly. I returned it and bought a GE 70 pint dehumidifier with pump that is quieter and doing a better job.

I had reviewed several dehumidifiers with pumps and came to the conclusion this was the best on the market. I discovered when the compressor was needed the pump function did not work. I called the customer service number provided and was told that this sometimes happens and I should put duck tape over place where the pump is engaged and this should take care of my problem. This was not a suitable response for me and as a result I returned the unit.
