Worked well, went in as expected. I cracked 1, but that was my fault, didn't trim it enough.

This cement board is great suoer easy to use, super easy to install, definitely worth the money!

A must have in the shower!

Excellent product, easy to install if you follow directions. Do not bend excessively during pickup and transport; store boards flat until use; use recommended number of the proper screws per sheet (yeah, no, drywall screws are a BIG no-no); pay attention to the screw spacing; do not drive screws to close to the edge of the edge of the board; leave a 1/8" gap between all board seams (I use two drywall shims to space them evenly), tape with alkaline-resistant tape, and fill the gaps with quality mortar (just use the same mortar you've got for your tile). All of this is included in detail on the sticker attached to the board. Much, much easier to handle and cut than Durock and similar boards. No need for visqueen or a roll-on waterproofing membrane, except on the seams, if you want to get it perfect. Seriously, this is a beautiful product, a pleasure to install, and when you consider the time savings by not having to waterproof via old, conventional methods, it's a no-brainer.

I went through three carbide blades on one piece of this product. You can't cut this cleanly without a power tool, but the product contains silica dust. Every cut has to be made outside. Does not snap clean. It is difficult to cut narrow pieces because the board will break, even when you are careful to brace and clamp while attempting to break off a piece. This product is not something I would ever use again. This is a waste of a weekend, two trips to the store, and now another to return.

Easy to order and pickup was available the same day

The only complaint I have is carbide tipped scoring is a joke.

Great substrate for mosaic project.
